I am writing this letter in regards to the recent illegal immigration news and local reactions concerning Arizona’s SB1070 law and the Jessica Colotl case here in Georgia.
Interestingly enough, I just finished filing my wife’s I-751 to send to the USCIS so I would consider us fairly knowledgeable about the legal immigration process. She is a legal immigrant from Peru and as a part of the Latino community much of the misinformation and support for illegal aliens is especially frustrating. What’s worse are the groups here in Georgia that claim to be the voice of the Latino community such as GALEO and GLAHR. They obviously aren't listening to legal Latinos and exploit the word “immigrant” in order to lump legal immigrants in with illegal aliens for their own motives. They actively gloss over and offer support for crimes such as illegal border crossing and other immigration law violations. There is no such thing as a "legally undocumented" person. This is a slap in the face to anyone who follows our immigration laws to come here legally. The immigration process does work if you take the time and have the patience to do so.
Illegal border crossing is a crime, plain and simple. It's not racial profiling; it's criminal profiling. We took the time, effort, and paid the fees for her to legally enter the United States like so many others. Is it fair that these illegal aliens are here without having to do the same? Do they feel that they are entitled to permanent residency/citizenship without having to follow immigration laws? Above the law, perhaps? Ridiculous. It's a shame, really. Illegal aliens have no rights here or in any other country. They think that they are above the law and deserve special treatment for the tough life that they've had and the hardships they've endured to come here. Many people have had a tough life wherever they came from AND filed their immigration paperwork to be here legally. The opportunities to come here legally do exist. Many of us have hard jobs and families to take care of. We can’t just pick and choose which federal and state laws to abide by that best suit our situation.
All of the excuses that we’ve read online and heard on the television are really no justification for breaking federal immigration laws. Our system is not broken and we do not need an “Immigration Reform.” We need people to come here legally and we need our federal government, state, and local authorities to enforce the laws that are already in place. We do not need political leaders who will give amnesty or a “pathway to citizenship” to those who took the fast track around those who are already waiting to legally enter the United States.
I am coming to you as a U.S. citizen and my wife as a legal resident to thank you for supporting legal immigration only. Anything else is a poor attempt to back the indefensible crime that is illegal immigration.
S.H., GA
I am writing to you because I believe you are the only person that ever yells loud enough about the problem of Illegal Immigration.
My husband and I reside in Gwinnett County. Our neighborhood has become infested with illegals. Our property values have taken a nose dive preventing us from selling and fleeing this horrible situation. We are close to 70 yrs. old and have no real choices about staying here at this time. Many neighbors have gone...sold out to people who will rent to anyone who will pay what they ask. There are serious overcrowing problems here.
Due to the overcrowding and unsightly yards of homes here, I tried to engage Code Compliane; howver, I was told by Officer Dan Branch who heads this department up, that I had problems with different ethnic backgrounds. We had Judge Patti Muise (who never appears on the ballot), that hears all the Code violation cases and never imposes any penalties.
Because of the deterioration of the County, we have now attracked what we refer to as "Trailer Trash", whites and others who are as bad as the illegals.
My efforts have been in vain in my contacts to the Governor. I e-mailed Charles Bannister shortly after he was elected to a second term and asked him what his plans were about addressing illegal immigration. His response to me, despite the fact that his platform included addressing the problem, was simply "If you would like to come in and talk with me about this, I will be glad to discuss it with you." End of that!!!!
I am sure that you heard about the drug bust in this County earlier this week. One of the houses was just about 2 miles from us. When you try to report overcrowding, you are ignored. Cars parking all over the yards are indicators there is some violation going on woth investigating. NOT!!!
What can we do? What can you do? It is not the fact that Gwinnett County is close to I85 as it is reported that causes this problem. It is because they can come here and live for years and no one does anything about them.
Gwinnett County spent $65 million on a new stadium when that money could have been spent on enhancing the police force and Code Compliance. Right? It has become unsafe for old people to be out after dark around here..
When we hear those folks get on their soap boxes that defend the illegals and say certain things are a violation of their rights, we cannot understand what rights they have.....they are here illegally. What is it going to take?? We also have a President that will protect them as well as a House and Senate and before long, they will grant amnesty to all of them because they will vote for democrats.
Recently, we had a nice Hispanic man (who is LEGAL) do some painting in our home. We talked about the situation in Gwinnett and he expressed his dislike of the illegals who take jobs from those who waited in line to come here legally.
Please help us!!!!! You can get their attention, I am sure....Wish you would start rattling the cages of the Governor and of Charles Bannister. Action needs to be taken.

I read Mr. D. A. King article regarding enforciing immigration laws, and I agree with him 110%. This has nothing to do with race, it has to do with following the law, and if we were to visit another country we would not be allowed to hang around without a reason to be there. For what ever reason we have given illegal visitors the right to step all over the law, the women are having babies at an alarming rate, we are paying for these children, they receive food stamps, housing and all the services some legal citizens are denied, and they get these services free of charge. American citizens need to protest more, and if you are here unlawfully, you should be packed up and sent on your way, the only condition should be if you are here do to war, and political unrest. No one should be able to sneak into this country and allowed to receive services they have not worked for, nor do they deserve. People should protest and protest loud and clear, we should not take the disrespect of someone coming here illegally, and expecting working people to take care of them, while they help destroy America. Thank you for speaking up, and we should let the illegal citizens know they are unwelcome if they come here without going through the proper channels.

It's outrageous that our people had been killed by these illegal aliens, whoever they are and our elected member look the other way. Meantime they keep pandering to these bunch of leaches that are milking our system with their abuses. It' time to throw all these bunch of members who just care to be elected every time elections come and then forgetting their duty and responsibility they have towards us citizens who elected them. We must clean house, and get real Americans, who care for their country and its people. am sick and tire to be paying taxes to take care of the illegal aliens need while our people are struggling to survive this debacled economy and the spending spree of these people in power, who just care to pay back their campaign bureaucrats donors. Hope voters remember what is being done to our country and it's people when their re-election time comes. We must STOP this socialisti/marxist agenda by these people who just want to control every aspect of our lives.

First, I want to thank you for notifying me (both thru DIS alerts and NumbersUSA alerts) about what was going on last week in the GA state legislature concerning HB1164. I called and emailed the Rules comm. chairman's office (on Thu) and the Speaker's office on Fri. I'm glad the chairman released it from committee, I heard open borders/chamber of commerce types were blocking it in the House, but I have no idea what happened after that! Please let me know! Thanks again for your HARD work.
PS. It's a shame that HB1259 was killed by the House 'leadership'! Maybe if alerts had been sent out specifically about this bill, we could have fought them off.

Thanks D.A. for sending me this link so I could watch the video. This is just another example of how dumb our government is up in Washington, and that includes the President. Why don't they take this kind of stuff on down to good ole Mexico and make their demands there? I don't see why any american citizen would want these people to receive amnesty. Well I'm not going to join their cause, and as I told you I received an email asking me to do just that. I don't think the woman who sent it won't lose her mind a second or third time and send me another one. I feel that these Mexicans gripe is not with the U.S.A., its with the Mexican government and they are afraid to make their demands of them, so they come here making demands of a country that is not their own. Again thanks, and have a safe and happy easter to you and your family.

BRAVO! Congratulations for enforcing the laws. Am pleased to hear some one is doing a great job in favor of our citizens and our great country. Those who are whining, should give up their job to those who want to protect their county, city etc. and our country from all the leaches who are flooding our neighborhoods with their bad influences of the habits, making them like a 3rd. country slum. Conyers,Ga. is a great example of what every good American citizen wants: ENFORCED OUR LAWS! STOP pandering to the law breakers, who just come here to take advantage of all the freebies government are giving them, while we slave taxpayers are tax to the limit in order to take care of these people, who do not paying taxes, but sending his pay to their own countries. Meantime they are bankrupting all social programs which are supposed to be for our citizens.

DA: Excellent commentary. As an American of Hispanic heritage, I can tell you that more needs to be known about us by our fellow Americans. It is very unfortunate that because of the invasion from Mexico, our fellow Americans have a different concept of Hispanics. It needs to be said however, that the better class of Mexicans does not come to the U.S. as illegal aliens. In fact, they stay in their country.
Like you mentioned in your commentary, being Hispanic is not a race. Hispanics are white, brown and black and they have the Spanish language and Spanish names in common. Very much like the U.S., Canadian and Australian citizens. As each generation born in the U.S. arrives, they speak little or no Spanish at all. My three daughters don't speak Spanish, nor understand it. What for? They are Americans, they speak excellent English and they are successful. One is a professional writer, the other is an avionics engineer and the third one a veterinarian.
La Raza promotes what they call themselves "the bronze" race. Yet, when they want to use leverage in politics, they imply that millions of American citizens of Hispanic heritage are pro illegal immigration. While there are some corrupt and greedy Hispanic politicians of non-Mexican heritage in our government, American Hispanic citizens are loyal to this country and are against illegal immigration. American Hispanics have to compete for jobs with illegal aliens, they have their wage and work standards lowered by illegals and their schools are packed with the children of illegals. Academic standards have been lowered to accommodate non-English speaking students; bilingual education, Mexican culture and loyalty to Mexico are being pushed on their children. Their communities are being trashed by illegals and crime has taken over. At work, they are discriminated against for speaking little or no Spanish! The La Raza followers even have a name for those Americans with brown skin: Coconuts. Brown outside and white inside.
I will add that the 1986 Amnesty, has produced a new generation of mostly Mexicans in this country, that have brought relatives illegally and are clamoring for amnesty for them. "Just keep coming illegally and there will be another amnesty," seems to be the concept. There will be no end to the invasion of this country.

My name is D.L. and I am a freshman at Decatur High School. Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedule to come and talk to us! I wanted to tell you that I really got a lot out of what you said, and it made me look at the other point of view. You helped us understand the difference between illegal and legal immigration and you convinced us of your side. What you said to us made a lot of sense and you gave me, and my peers a lot to think about even after we had left.
I admire you because even though you don’t get paid, you still are very passionate about what you do in the capitol and getting high school and middle school students involved. I was really happy that you spoke to us like adults and that you explained to us in detail why you were against illegal immigration. Even though it was a touchy subject for a lot of people, you explained your point of view without offending anyone and it showed that you are committed to your cause.
Thank you again for coming and speaking to us and I hope to come back again next year!
D.L., Decatur, GA
My name is J.S.. I attend Decatur High School and I'm in the ninth grade. My father is a high school teacher and my mom is a paralegal, who is also on the School Board. Thank you very much for giving up your time to our class. It was truly an honor to get the chance to meet a person who influences our lawmakers and helps to make the world we live in today a better place. The whole week we met people that made the laws that we follow today but, in meeting you, we heard from a well-respected man who was an expert in his field of interest. When Mr. B first introduced you to us, he said that your opinions would probably be different from the ones we'd heard from the beginning of the day. But, when you came in and expressed your outlook, it hit dead on point with the views of my family and myself. Not only did you communicate your judgment, but also you backed it up with evidence from the past.
You talked about illegal immigrants and how they were taking the jobs of American citizens for cheaper labor. To me, this is a very big problem. American citizens are being deprived of work options because some people are so inconsiderate of other Americans that they would employ illegal aliens because they are willing to work for cheaper labor. To me, it takes a pretty selfish person to put illegal people over his fellow citizens. I appreciate the fact that you are trying to push for the enforcement of that law. It seems vey weird that people aren't enforcing the law that could make a huge difference in our economy. Thank you very much for fighting for the rights and freedoms of the American people without pay. It means a great deal to me.
I understand that people want to get into this country to establish a better life for themselves but, it makes a lot more sense for them to wait to get in while the economy is better so they can establish a better life style. Again, thank you very much for your time. It was truly a privilege to get to meet you, and to hear from you.
J.S., Decatur, GA
My name is L.S., I’m a student in the freshman class, at Decatur High School, and part of Georgia Close Up. I wanted to thank you so much for sacrificing your time, to make our experience at the state capitol that much better. The talk about immigration, and the difference between legal and illegal immigrants, opened my mind. I really like the things you said to us, because they made so much sense. You gave me a different point of view, and made me look at the issue of immigration, out of two different filters. I understand the frustration of having passed a law years ago, without it being enforced. Even if someone doesn’t agree, it is a law, and it must be obeyed.
My fellow students and I discussed the issues you brought up to us, even after we’d left and gone home. Your talk opened many doors for debating and talking. We truly appreciate and respect you, for taking time out to explain to us, your ideas and beliefs. You also give us a little idea, of what’s happening at our state capitol.
I admire you for the fact that, for all this you don’t get paid. You’re there fighting for what you think is right, and working hard to get it. I find it amazing that you take time almost every day, to do this. You have set an example, for both me, and my peers. Showing that, if we are strongly opinionated on any law(s), we can, and we should do something about it. There are many ways that we can, and I’m sure we will. Once again, I would like to thank you for your time, and discussion.
L.S., Decatur, GA
Hi D.A.: A simple thanks. Your presentation today was excellent, just what our group needed for the 'point – counter point' in the topic of illegal aliens. I am delighted that you and Sheriff Conway had a chance to connect over lunch as well. We welcome you back to our club any time. Thanks again for all you do.

I am a paint contractor and I am sick of loosing bids to MEXICANS. I can't find work and I see Mexicans working all the time. All the people I know are sick of our government allowing them to come here and take work away from us. We are sick of paying for their babies being born here and becoming citizens and paying for them to stay here. It galls us to see an illegal protest for their rights. They are illegal the should not have any rights. Something has to be done to stop this.

Hello there. I am meg, out in Los Angeles, and I get your emails all the time. I have never hit the reply button before, and I will be in further touch, but let me write this one quick sentence (or two). My story is not as sad as is the founder of this organization, but know that millions of people not only admire your work, but need it. Illegal immigration has destroyed my life, in so many ways. I will write again, but I hope this quick letter and others like it are in your mind and heart when you get discourage, overwhelmed, tired, etc. God Bless you and God Bless America. (P.S.--complications of my life arising from illegal immigration are, ironically, part of the reason that thetrojanpinata.com is so woefully out of date!)

Thank you from all of us at the Chattahoochee Republican Women's Club for your participation in our meeting Tuesday night. Several people commented on what a good meeting it was and how much they enjoyed having a chance to hear you speak on such an important topic. Thank you for answering questions and spending time with the candidates; hopefully you'll have even more of an impact on our elected officials in the near future. We are very blessed to have you working for the citizens of our state, and although we're already on your email list, please let us know if there's anything further we can do to help you advance this cause.
Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you again in the not too distant future!

2nd Vice President,
Corresponding Secretary

I find the premise/theme of this organization to be a bit flawed. How does the death of a person in an auto accident equate to border security? The US has about 100 traffic deaths per day, almost entirely by US citizens. I don't see the difference if the person at fault is a citizen or undocumented, everybody has a "not the best of days" moment behind the wheel. Should US tourists be banned from a country because they may have caused the death of a driver oversees due to their own personal bad driving day?
So again, what's the connection between bad driving and border security? I don't believe a logical connection has been made on this site.

Thank you D.A. King for alerting me regarding State Farm Insurance’s commitment to supporting GALEO. I have been a client of State Farm for over 40 years and I am very disappointed to learn of their support of GALEO. I do not want a single penny of my money to be supporting a group that lobby’s for the rights of Illegal Immigrants and supports amnesty! Therefore, I will be canceling my homeowner’s policy with State Farm and take my business to a company that supports our USA constitution and believes that crime (the illegal entry into my country) is crime and should never be condoned or allowed.
Thank you,
Janet Gibson,

My father-in-law was run down by an illegal hispanic man in Gwinnett Co. on Hwy 316 four years ago. The illegal left the scene of the accident on foot when motorist block the auto he was driving from fleeing. A police chase (several officers, a helicopter) apprehended the illegal. The illegal was driving without a license, had no insurance and the auto did not belong to him (stolen?). My father in law died. The illegal was convicted of a felony. My husband spoke with the DA in Gwinnett and asked on the behalf of the family of the deceased and the community that the illegal be deported. The illegal felon was released back into the community on parole. The last we heard he had not been deported. The illegal asked for an interpreteur in the courtroom. He claimed that he did not understand the proceedings. He understood enough to run away afer he ran over my father-in-law! If you do NOT understand the language how do you OBEY THE LAW? There is no intention of respecting and obey! our laws if you do not respect and understand the language. It is the rule of law that defines our culture. The disregard for the law is corrupting our society. Thank you for speaking out on illegal immigration in GA. The area of Cumming has one of the largest crime stats. in the state. We also have one of the largest illegal immigrant populations! I am concerned for our state, our economy, our safety, and our NEXT ELECTION! Please tell me how I can become actively involved with FAIR in GA.

My CONGRATULATIONS to the Authorities in the community! God Bless all of them who make America and its citizens #1 Priority! We need more like them enforcing our laws. Illegal aliens are abusing our system in every way and destroy every place they move in, while citizens are suffering the consequences of their abuse. We had elected candidates without no backbone, who just have empty promised to get in the seat of power, Once in they forget who help them be in the comfortable seat with all the freebies, including a Cadillac Health Care paid by us slaves taxpayers!

I found your site interesting. I used to be very liberal in my views of illegal immigrants, but as I have grown older and seen the issues and problems caused by illegal immigrants in my state, I have changed my stand. I live in Northern Virginia and the area I am in is filled with El Salvadorean illegal immigrants. I am constantly harassed by the men and my neighbors are dirty and loud. I also notice the population explosion in this area and it is scary. Most of the people do not speak English and their children speak Spanish! The schools hear have bilingual education and its an issue. The illegal immigrants here are mostly central Americans. I am stunned by how many do not learn or want to learn English and also how many people they have living in one apartment! I am sorry to ramble, but Iam glad I found your site. I am surfing the internet for more information. Thanks.

How do we stop employers from hiring illegals? There seems to be more immigrants locally now in 2009 then there was in 2008. The Home Depots, Lowe's, ER Snell construction, Baker Painting, State road construction etc. still hire I know illegals. What can we do to stop the hiring of illegals. Saw a unemployed skilled tradesman at Home Depot parking lot with sign looking for work and the steady immigrant HD customers pointing and laughing at him. Frustrating seeing my fellow contractors going out of business while hispanic business flourish.

As you can most likely tell from my name I am an alien, however I am of the legal variety. I came into this wonderful country through legal channels and with all proper paperwork in hand. I have paid my taxes (not always a fun part of life here but still a neccassary one) I have served in the United States Military proudly and I am working on getting back in, I got out with an honorable discharge. Putting that uniform on was unquestionably the proudest moment of my life. So when I learned about this proposed amnesty for MILLIONS of ILLEGAL aliens I have to be honest with you I was LIVID (which is not a strong enough word for what it is that I am feeling) beyond comprehension. It is not fair for those of us who have come into this great country the LEGAL way and worked hard and paid our dues to continue to have to pay for others who are trying to get where we are the easy way. All this bill is telling illegal aliens is that sure you can go ahead and come through illegal means!
We will forgive you and let you take advantage of us and we will make others pay for you. We might as well just open the gates, such as they are, and say "All right come on in we will have the honest hard working and LEGAL ones pay for you, and while you are at it why don't you just bring the rest of your family with you then sign up for welfare so others can keep paying for you". At the end of the day that is what we are saying with this bill. I am sorry but I am not willing to help pay for someone who is not willing to to do things the legal way. I am a very firm believer in giving someone a hand up and NOT a hand out. If that sounds selfish to others then so be it I am a selfish person but at least I am a LEGAL selfish person.

Why name an society dealing with immigration after a kid who was killed by a drunk driver?
You could build all the walls you want but the alcohol is still here. Or do Christian whites not get drunk and drive.
My God DA maybe you should make 2 websites, one to do something about the illegals and then one to truly honor this kid with and effort to make it 1 strike w a DUI and you go to jail.
Don't start in with you speech on aliens, just do the right thing and be respectful to this kid and don't feed his family the lies about this being the best way to do so.
This is irresponsible of you.
I've interviewed you while I worked at WXIA and I was fair. As far as the issue you have I think its cool that you express yourself but I've seen your shoes man. You don't have the money to ship out everyone who "doesn't belong here" or thing that people will listen to your tone.
It's a problem that everybody wants to stay in the store even past the closing hour. (thats an analogy, keep up)
Who wouldn't want to stay. It's nice here. Have you had discussions with anyone about how other countries treat people wanting to get citizenship in the US? Have you ever vacationed in the beautiful deadly mountains of Chiapas or any gorilla run villages down in south and central America?
Many have a desire to just live, legal or illegal becomes secondary when both of your parents are killed for not obeying the sub-laws of your region gorllia factions.
Mexico is rich and beautiful and owned or ruined by NAFTA. Have you questioned how we as a country allow such things to exist or even why we support it right under our nose.
Facts are that drugs come south and central America, so does poverty and victims but a Coyote sees green not drugs, not paperwork much less dreams. So where is the reform and effort we have given the Iraqi people? When will we give Mexico a hand up? Help push our country to make it truly fair trade to where they have a chance and I'll leave with the rest.
Let me know when I can donate to Dustin Inmans website to stop DUIs.

OK there genius, I will take a minute to reply.
First, am not sure where the alcohol/DUI topic comes in - to our knowledge, the illegal alien who killed Dustin Inman wasn't drunk. We will never know because in his search for a better life, he escaped from the hospital before going to jail. That is called a "fact" - try to keep up.
Also, you waited until your second graph to bring up skin color. Wow, how charming. And telling. Are you as racist? Also without any connection, you mention "Christian". No clue what to say to you about your focus on religion.
Actually I do have another website: www.AmericanSov.org. We are trying to wake people up on the open borders agenda shared by the lefty thinkers and the business, political and academic elites...but we ran out of (our own money) and haven't been able to keep it up. I can see that you are one of those great thinkers that would allow everyone on the planet to come to the U.S. because we have a better country and make more money here than the third world. You are clearly a better person than us nasty Americans who want defined, defended borders, sustainable population and common language.
Tell it to Mexico, a nation that puts its military on the borders and deports nearly as many illegals each year as we do...virtually all of whom are Latinos (Uh-oh..ehh?) looking for a better life. Also that Mexico actually enforces its employment laws. I doubt that you can run your feelings out far enough to see that in the end, you are supporting the open borders agenda too. Having traveled in much of the world, including Mexico, I am well aware that is "nice here" while it is rapidly becoming "un nice", I will continue to try to keep it better than Mexico. If that is not too radical or selfish of me?
Why can't you just admit that we should all have the same amount of stuff, that Americans live far too well and that we should redistribute the wealth to prove our nobility and political correctness?
You are a mindless yawn. If you would pay attention before you jerk that knee - again, you would see that we advance a concept of attrition through enforcement - securing the borders and enforcing the laws (OH MY!) to encourage illegals to deport themselves. It works. (See video).
You have clearly made up your mind and are now searching for reasons for your position. How intellectual - and liberal - of you.
My shoes? ...What? Iraq? What? You drift there, sport.
I don't know who you are and couldn't care less, but if you worked for a local TV station and this is the best you can do on an unsolicited attack commentary, I am not surprised that you are a former employee.
FYI, I will send you little missive to my friend Billy Inman, Dustin's Dad. If he can find the time or inclination to reply to you, it will be because he is resting from the constant care he must give to his lovely wife who is in a wheel chair due to the illegal alien who also killed their only son. I will let Billy inform you more about their desire that our effort be named after his son, Dustin.
I will also post your letter so that more Americans can see your deep wisdom and somewhat sadly comical thought process.
As for tone...you may want to check out a plan that some not very nice people who seem to have a lot of hate advance it without any news coverage at all. "Plan de Aztlan". If you are looking to donate money, I think you are more the National Council of the Race (La Raza) type. Or maybe the ACLU. They will welcome your money. We would not.
Your note was not worth the time it took me to respond, but you seem bored, so I wanted to give you something to do.
How brave of you to fail to even give your full name. What a grand hero you are.
My hope is that you will further prove how benevolent you are by welcoming some of the illegals who come to the USA next week into your home and giving at least one of them your job if you have one again. OK comrade?
Thanks for visiting our site.

I'm telling you and I mean it....if it weren't for a few groups like you folks we wouldn't be having the turn around in America that we are. You are terrific and I admire ALL that you have done.

I get a fair amount of alerts from NumbersUSA and FAIR but no one seems to be able to move state officials to act better than DA King, so I look forward to occasional ideas -- and will donate.

Dear moron:
Didn't ya have the balls to publish my comments???
Today, ten more US soldiers assholes are coming back home from iraq, nicely wrapped !!!
Got it???
The actual number of illegal immigrants living in the u.s. is far bigger than the government and/or agencies have estimated, and it grows on a daily basis...it is much easier to travel to the u.s, to arrive at any airport and/or cross either the south or north border without the singlest headache...the homeland security secures nothing!!! To reach either vermont or maine thru the derby line (am I speaking greek???) skiing is as easy as order a regular coffee with no sugar... Buffalo??? piece of cake.... Let's leave the mexican border out... it would be needless to withstand...
Once inside your country, Faggot King ( should I call you Queen, your majesty?? ) with less than a grand one can have a valid SSC, a driver's license and a nice pinkish green card!!! voilá !!!! Next month you will have an approved credit card aplication at your door, bank loans, and with patience, within five or six years you have put together a pristine credit history that would allow you to cross the border again or just take a plane carrying with you at least 500,000 USD !!! Not bad for savings, would you disagree????
Awesome, since you did not work a minute to earn that money...the banks and credit card companies(well, the banks again) will give you that, as a gift...you were just another paul smith (since john doe is too boring...), that will never be found again...vanished from earth...meantime, you can apply for student loans, take those nice "learn how to fly with us" offers (to be able to fly an airplane can always be handy), learn some chemistry (which also helps) and best of all: wihtout spending a single dime...thank you very much!!!
Another nice way to make two or three hundred thousand free of taxes pretty quick is to help people to cross your borders...another piece of cake...how much does the government pay to a border patrol officer?? What about those retarded immigration officers at JFK??? Queen, they suck!!!! I always laugh after being interviewed by them... they are either stinky afro-americans, as retarded as apes, or those shortedhairwithastupidfacecaucasian (nice, isn't ??) and, to be nestled at the dessert, nothing changed after sep 11th waiting for more??????
Pretty soon, Mrs. Queen, american families will start to receive relatives nicely wrapped, directly from the south border...those morons that call themselves the minutemen militia are already at ours scopes...it is just a matter of pulling the trigger, but it will be done in a such a way that will be mentioned over and over at the CNN...not one or two, but dozens, Mrs. Queen...

I know the civil right movement of the Afro-Americans whose ancestors were brought to this country in chains and against their will to work and live as slaves.
I am a native American woman who was raised by an Afro-American family and I know the movement of Native Americans and Blacks. It infuriates me to hear Illegals compare their movement to that of Afro-Americans and Cesar Chavez, they don't have a clue what is and was like. They can leave this country any time they wish. They came here uninvited and are criminals when they use fraudulent documents to gain employment. They are felons.
If 20 million Illegals here protested against the Mexican government, what are really the reasons they risk their lives to come here and are separated from their families? Maybe that would change their problems in Mexico, their homeland. They are not Americans and are not our problem and have no legal rights to this country.
Afro-Americans do not want be used by the Illegals to progress their movement. H.K, Reno, NV
Since when can you find fifteen American citizens to work eight hours in a hot tobacco field and do it right. People like me cannot afford to pay more than minimum wage for that much labor. And don't start with the give up tobacco plot, without I could not pay my bills, my taxes, or my tuition at college. The fact is without the illegal immigrants, people like me (there are thousands of us) would be placed into poverty. Lucky for me, I am not trying to pay off my property or equipment, because it was passed down to me.

Wow, your foundation is very pointless. I understand that your son was killed in a stupid accident that shouldn't of happened but you cannot blame the government or illegal immigrants for it. Here in canada we welcome immigrants who try to escape poverty, war and struggle, and give them a better life. You cannot assume that illegal immigrants are the problem, as anybody could have fallen asleep at their vehicle, being of a black, white, or mexican backround. It is just human to make mistakes and obviously that was a stupid mistake nevertheless a human one.
I feel your selfishness is corrupting the country. People like yourselves build a country that all want to be independant and invade other countries just to show their 'power'. I agree your government is corrupt, but with that kind of thinking you are not any better. Rather then keeping illegal immigrants out (which you guys are no good at), you should make a system where it allows people to come in legally, and obtain a citizenship. Anyways, I dont want to stir trouble and I apologize for his loss but I just wanted to state a point.

I am Native American and I detest it when Mexican Nationals and their supporters claim that "THIS IS MY HOMELAND" while waving their enemy flag.
Have these ignorant Mexicans forgotten why they must CROSS into the United States? They were not originally here! There were no Aztecs in the United States. My folks were American Indians and this was OUR HOMELAND.
Illegal Mexican Nationals and their offspring make complete fools of themselves claiming that this is their stolen land.
Even Spain was here before the Mexican flag was here. What morons!

I saw you on the CNN special Friday night. As an American born of Mexican decent, I am sick and tired of all the Mexicans / Hispanic leaders assuming because one has a Mexican/Hispanic last night that we agree with what is going on.
I DO NOT!!!!
I agree with you and the other gentleman. 100%
Good luck to you both and the MINUTEMAN!

I respectfully disagree with your organization. I have been reading the message board, and people are too angry too debate, so it seems. I am an immigrant with a temporary VISA until 2008. I believe that along the line people forgot about illegal immigrants being humans. Bill H.R. 4437 is not a human bill. It would deport 10-14 million illegal immigrants back to a place where they make 2 dollars an hour and have 4+ people to feed. I completely UNDERSTAND your argument about "breaking the law", but unfortunately, the law isn't possible to follow. These people try to live day by day, where a nightmare to a US citizen is a reality for Mexicans. THEY HAVE THE SAME RIGHT TO BE HERE AS ANYONE. Rosa Parks broke a law in the 1950's, a STUPID law. Also, just because an illegal committed a crime, it does not mean all Mexicans are evil. Americans need to be educated on the matter of how HARD is to legally migrate from any Latin American country.
Also, don't think people who come illegally come here that way because they don't want to pay taxes that are completely false. As soon as an illegal has the chance to become legal and pay taxes, the do. They are hardworking people who contribute to society. Also, I KNOW about the immense amount of money that goes into illegal immigrant benefits, but if you let illegal to pay taxes, then it wouldn't be that much of a problem. Also, we NEED border security in this Post-9/11 era, but if we tighten security, give amnesty to the people already here, and make legal immigration easier, then we would have less immigrants, but still make it easier to come here. I actually believe all Mexicans should be entitled to live in the USA, after all, it IS there/our planet. But that isn't comprehensive, so we must fight towards a COMPREHENSIVE and HUMAN immigration bill.
Again Mr. D.A. King, sorry for the bashing, but please understand, Mexicans aren't evil from the beyond.

My parents came to the United States from Mexico in the 1940's without formal education, English language skills, or legal immigration status. American companies went to my fathers home-town of Fresnillo, Zacatecas and recruited mexican nationals to work in American agricultural production combines. My parents were hard working and raised 7 children in the christian faith and with strong family values. My father taught me by his example to work hard, to be honest, and to cherish family.
Today I am living the American dream and I am proud to be an American. I am a faculty member in the Plant Genome Mapping Laboratory at the University of Georgia in Athens. My wife is a physician at the CDC. We own a homes in Georgia and California and we make significant contributions to our communities professionally and economically. I want you understand how unhappy I am about Senate Bill 529. As an immigrant or as a child of immigrants to this country, I am sure you will understand my position.
I am trying to understand your position. The immigration policy of the United States is a complex and heart-rendering issue. I respect your position and I respect your views. On most other issues you and I would share common ground. But on this issue, today...I am ashamed to be a Georgian. The Statue of Liberty says, "Bring me your poor, your huddled masses..." Aren't we an entire country of immigrants?
Today I find myself in support of protests being organized in the greater Atlanta region 'for the dignity of Latinos'. I intend to use my considerable financial resources and influence in the Georgian Latino community with respect to this issue. I will campaign in the community to extend any boycott's of American businesses by Georgian Latinos from this day forward if neccessary to repeal this law (SB 529).
This Georgia Senate Bill and the US House Bill are veiled racist attacks against Hispanic immigrants and are going to awaken a sleeping giant, the Latino community. We will do everything we can to help bring justice to Latino immigrants.
Manny Torres, Athens, GA
Response by D.A. King:
Dr. Torres,
Thanks for writing.
The issue is not "immigrants" sir; it is illegal aliens who can make more money here than at home who have no respect for the American borders or the American laws that do not directly benefit them. It is about the criminal employers who pass on the costs of supporting the illegals to we taxpayers by paying low wages, on which Americans cannot live on with "dignity" in their own country.
Please point me to an example of American wages having gone up due to illegal immigration.
There is no universal civil right to live in the U.S., and we take in more real, legal immigrants than any other nation. If, as an American you are willing to open the borders and take in the entire world, you are in a very small minority.
My goal is to have borders as secure as Mexico's and a similar system of removal for those who able to illegally cross them. Maybe that nations laws are racist or unfair? Please go boycott the government of V. Fox. [Take bail money.]
My adopted sister is an "immigrant"... which means she came here lawfully.
Too bad that you feel the need to bring ethnicity and race into the issue... but that seems to be the only weapon you have. I will pass your letter on to our Black and/or Latino supporters.
SB 529 simply mirrors the intent of the existing federal laws...probably racist as well...ehh? Maybe all borders are human rights violation?
Since it is racism that you seek, please see here: EL PLAN DE AZTLÁN and here: Mexica Movement
Why is it so wrong to insist on secure borders and equal application of the law?.... even for Latinos?

[I only own one house]
Thank you for caring. I have three sons soon to be competing for jobs in an economy where hard labor that teenagers used to cut their teeth on are no longer available or safe to take. The dropout rate among Georgia highschoolers is almost 50%, and I suspect boys drop out at a higher rate than girls. How can we possibly say there is a labor shortage?
Here's a plan - Put the young adults who drop out to work building a wall, send the illegal immigrants back until we can accept them in an orderly manner, and lets go south of the border to help our neighbor with water purification, school building, and other projects. Let's help both countries at once.
It would be great if Mexico and the USA could work together to make the world a better place. But we cannot sit here and see who can sink the fastest. Absolutely everything depends on it - population control, the environment, the economy, our social security and medicare system, our educational establishment, health care - EVERYTHING.
We MUST do the right thing - enforce, not forgive - the laws - just as we would do if someone stole a candy bar at the local convenience store. And then, lets move forward and help our Mexican neighbor.
Continuing on down this road really does not serve either country. We are exploiting the Mexicans in our country and hurting 80% of our citizens in the process.

A day without Americans
Count me in!!! I own a small business and employ 6 people. I will not only let them off for the day and will pay them for being off. I have bought them tee-shirts with the American flag on them that they can chose to wear if they wish.
Maybe, I'll just hang out at the parking lot of Home Depot with my American flag on my truck and wear my American flag tee-shirt. I get accosted everytime I go there anyway. Won't buy anything there or anywhere else for that matter. Some time ago I deceided that I would not knowlingly ever spend any of my hard earned cash in any busness that hires illegals, be that a car wash ( I'll wash my own car), landscape company ( I'll do my own yard work) cleaning company (I'll clean my own house) restaurant, (I'll cook my own food),etc. Plus, I will put my American flag back on my truck and in my business. EVERYDAY. Shame on me for ever taking it down long after 911.
C.C., America
THANK YOU FOR GIVING US HOPE.
I will protest on April 17th It's the PERFECT date.
L.L.
Georgia's sure looking better and better each day. I know it's 100 times better than here in California. SB 529 passing and reconquista Sam Zam not running for re-election!!! Next thing you know those illegals may start moving out to different states. By the way when is Gov. Perdue going to sign that bill into law??I'm closely following up on that. The day he signs it into law, I'm going to have to pop open a bottle of champagne with my anti-illegal immigration friends down here in California.

Did you see all the Mexican flags and poeple singing the Mexican national anthem in Los Angeles? Feels like it never became the US dont you think so?
Jesus Garza,
I would like to see this man run for president. We must not just stop, but REVERSE the hordes of illegal aliens and end the public support by welfare and free medical treatment. I pay $500 per month and still have big bills when I go to the doctor. My neighborhood is being overrun by Mexicans that fly the Mexican flag! I’M SICK OF IT!

I am glad to see that a local group is organizing to resist the invasion and colonazation of the USA. No I don't ware a hood or have a Nazi tatoo. Tambien Yo ablo Espanol y Portugues mas o menos.
I am married to a LEGAL LATINA who will tell you very quick that she doesn't understand why she must pay for the healthcare and education of lawbreakers. For the GRINGO HATERS who may read this I do support a work visa program with background checks and a yearly fee to defray the huge costs to us taxpayers. By the way, the USA is not exploiting Latino workers, they are exploiting the educational and social services of our country and sadly the goodwill of generous Americans.
The next time you Latinos organize a rally and march through American streets waving foreign flags please consider three things. You don't have a right to anything here, in your home country the Federalis would probably shoot you and you just turned millions of silent Americans against you. The next time I enter a family and children services office or public health clinic and see 80% or more Latinos I will remember just how bad you have it here. If you think I am racist, tell it to my wife or my son or the pastor of the Latin Church I attend.

Go look at him who walks in your kingdom. Hear what he has to say. How the deaf hear and the blind see and the lame walk. This is what John the Baptist said to King Herod when he had spent himself trying to stop Gods prophecy just as you are doing today. Mr King let my people go! I love you Mr King. I am sorry that you think that your arms are too short to box with God. I have been praying that your eyes would be opened and that you see the salvation of God. There are two prophecies taking place during your lifetime. The Jews are returning to Jerusalem in record numbers from the four corners of the earth. These new testament Jews are returning to their homeland (America) in records numbers just as the prophecy fortold. When you see the streets of California full of Gods people that is a sign unto you. Why persecutest thou me Saul? I will continue to pray for you Saul in the name of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

D.A.'s idea for Americans to stay home one day is great.
This would be ideal for those Americans to picket their legislators, companies that hire illegals, or any other enitity that "aids and abets". Catholic churches need to be on the receiving end of some pickets. (I am a practicing Catholic, so no bashing here.)
Euphemisms being all the rage, I suggest we call ourselves "noncompliant American taxpayers". That should excuse us if we break the law, shouldn't it?
