Mr. King--
I wanted to say thank you for your presentation at the Young Republicans meeting in Marietta Square. It is because of passionate speakers like you who bring causes to the forefront, grab people's attention, and get results. I was very intrigued by the information and whole heartedly support your cause. If I can ever be of any assistance to you and your cause, please feel free to call or email me.
KC, Marietta, GA
D.A., I read the article in today's MDJ re the DOT. I want to let you know that I appreciate the time and effort you put into digging up the details and taking action based on what you find. If it weren't for you, no one would be exposing the problems that exist. You are very smart to base your challenges on facts. Keep up the good work. I feel like your efforts are having an impact on moving us in the right direction.
B.R., Marietta, GA
Everything you have on your site is the same stuff that's been on my mind for years, I am so sick of everybody sitting around and doing nothing about this. Our country is not just being attacked but taken over, anybody that can do basic simple math can calculate the stats on a larger scale and see what is inevitably going to happen if actions are not taken NOW! I can honestly say that you have my 100% support with anything I can do to help your organization or my country.
D.M., Las Vegas, NV
Great work D.A. ! You have almost single handedly turned the tide in Georgia. Your efforts, knowledge and professionalism will save the future for Cobb And Georgia !

They should be investigated. The persons responsible for education in this state are not above the law. They have no right to pick and choose what laws to enforece. They have no right to enforce their personal views and agendas. Thanks for all you do. I share your articles and tell my friends about you and your mission frequently. Thanks

For what it's worth, I think you are doing an outstanding job visa vi the Board of Regents, KSU, and the Colotl issue. And I want my do my duty as a citizen by forwarding whatever information I come across that may be of assistance to you.
Having said that, do you think that the Georgia Board of Regents as an organization, KSU as an institution, and KSU staff as individuals, might be in violation of the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii) in that they allwere at some level in the Colotl instance "Encouraging and Harboring Illegal an Alien"
Specifically, "it is a violation of(federal)law for any person to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection in any place, including any building or means of transportation, any alien who is in the United States in violation of law. HARBORING MEANS ANY CONDUCT THAT TENDS TO SUBSTANTIALLY FACILITATE AN ALIEN TO REMAIN IN THE U.S. ILLEGALLY. The sheltering need not be clandestine, and harboring covers aliens arrested outdoors, as well as in a building. This provision includes harboring an alien who entered the U.S. legally but has since lost his legal status ...the penalty for felony harboring is a fine and imprisonment for up to five years."
Moreover, "Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, AND CAN INCLUDE NONPROFIT ASSOCIATIONS."
Additionally, If you need or want an additional name on your class action lawsuit regarding the Colotl/Board of Regents issue I would be honored if you would allow my name to be added as a petitioner.

Hello and Congratulations! Glad for the news. It's about time we get people with Real Backbones to defend us taxpayers from all those leaches who are coming here to milk the system to the Core, while we taxpayers are forced to pay for taking care of the Law Breakers who thumb their nose at our rule Of law. Elected officials have the Responsibility and the duty to make sure our laws are respected and followed, or pay the consequences. Any politician in favor of illegal aliens does not deserved to be in the government seat of power and should NOT be elected for any position where he will be interfering with our laws. Lets hope voters had learned their lesson and do the selection of true Americans patriots who really care for our country as their #1 priority, not illegal aliens. Yes, we are in favor of LEGAL immigrants, who will be real citizen and care for our country considering themselves as Americans, not as a dual citizen. Keep the good work and hope the rest of the country follow your example to protect the country and its citizens.
A.M, GA
I'd like to be more involved in your cause. I believe in what you are trying to do and based on what I've seen have addressed the issues in a very metodical, LAW ABIDING way. I believe anyone has a future in the USA but it must be within the laws set and regulated. To be able to get a top quality education as an illegal immigrant and push our tax base is NOT acceptable.
B.B. Canton, GA
Great! I am truly sick of illegals flaunting our laws, and getting a "pass" from the "authorities"! They are arrogant, sneaky, well-organized and take advantage of Americans' fear of being labeled" racist" to stage their mass invasion/takeover. ( Which I've been told, directly by one Latino, is exactly what they intend. Here, there were 50-150 gunshots a day coming from one Latino neigborhood, while the police chief said "There are no gangs in Clarke County". The police did nothing to stop the gunfire, so I took it to the newspapers. ( I was living on a friend's adjacent farm, and bullets were ripping through the leaves around me. The nonsense about not wanting to "offend the immigrant population", so they'll "cooperate with us on investigations" is a dereliction of duty, too, and indicative of cowardice on the part of law enforcement officers officers already intimidadted by the Latino gangs. How bad will it have to get, before appropriate action is taken? As bad as it is in Juarez, Mexico??? So CONGRATULATIONS! And my hopes, best wishes, thanks and prayers ( and, hopefully, eventually financial support ) are with you and all who support you, who recognize that insecure borders are a grave threat to the safety of America's legal citizens, who have a right to know who's crossing them, and whether their intent is honorable!
There is nothing "racist" about wanting to keep criminals out of your country!
E.T., GA
Good work D.A.
G.C., GA
Dear D.A.,
Great job working through the Sheriff to get the Colotl issue OFFICIALLY onto the GBI's and Regent's radar screens! I was wondering how, legally, the issue could be moved forward in a manner in which they would HAVE to address it. I'm beginning to think we are a nation that no longer cares what the laws are nor if they are enforced. This is a sad and concerning state for our country. But, alas, you have been able to make solid progress. Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.
B.B., Marietta, GA
Keep up the good work. I read all these email alerts, even though I live in Seattle, where there are illegal immigrants EVERYWERE, taking many jobs, in-state tuition, less-expensive housing. I know, because I have worked with many of them, and lived near them.
G.F., GA
Holy smokes....that is wonderful! Good job, D.A....this is now something that will reverberate throughout the field of higher education as many colleges/universities around the nation have been quietly going around their own admission policies and the law to admit foreign national students without either verifying their status or knowingly admitting illegal alien students. Do you have a link to the news article so I can post it ? Great news. By the way, did you send a letter reqarding the Board of Advisors invitation to Ret. Col. Al Rodriguez? Hope to hear from you soon.
M.D., GA
Way to GO DA! Your tireless and innovative approaches to enforce the law is much appreciated!

I know you are very busy – but I need some guidance/assistance.
How and/or What, if anything can you do about Employers hiring known illegals? I know of several here in Appling County who knowingly hire illegals.
How and/or what can be done with the County and or City police to get them to enforce the immigration laws? My understanding is that there has been money appropriated for local police agencies to handle illegal immigrants. What if anything can be done about them using the Citizens resources, i.e. medical, schools, etc.
I am ready to get Appling motivated (will cause a big disturbance here)on doing something to help send them on their way and penalize those who are hiring them. FYI – recently heard some ICE personnel saying they had been called off a raid in Toombs county – Apparently the large farm owner called someone...and the ICE people were told to cease and desist. In other words told to not uphold the law they were sworn to do.
Thanks for any help you can supply me.
K.P., GA
Is there some kind of hotline to the immigration enforcement to call for these people when they are causing problems for people in this country. I have a person who is causing problems with harrasment from one of these people who, is causing problems with me, and my fanily. There should be, some way to get someof these people who is causing citizens of this nation problems, away from here quickly. thank you.

Looking to hire roofer in Gwinnett County that employs only legals. Until consumers stand up and refuse to do business w/firms that hire illegals, the hypocrisy will continue.
Is there some place where I can determine a company's policy (preferably verifiable) on this? (the 2 roofers fm whom I hv gotten bids both admit they don't pursue this very vigorously. One has offered to use only locals or confirmed legals on my job, so ..... the other said he just gets a tax # and isn't a "government official" - uses 1099s, doesn't do any withholding)
How about an "Employer's Code of Conduct on Hiring Practices" on your website? Those firms who are willing to commit to use e-verify for all W-2 and 1099 employees would make a commitment (required to be renewed frequently, in case they are tempted to backslide) and hire only legal workers would be placed on a preferred business list. Consumers could then call and press the issue specifically to further reinforce the point. If some kind of additional verification process could be used, so much the better.
In the meantime, I still need a roofer w/legal workers. Thx for all you do.

Last night was my first Tea Party/Patriot meeting in Fayetteville. I learned a lot of new specifics. It fires me up.
I have a B.A. in Religion and a minor in Spanish. (My mom is a retired high school Spanish teacher. I have also substitue taught recently.) I understand what a threat Islam and illegl aliens are to this country. I'm game.
I'm 33 with no attachments. A few guys that came in late to the meeting may have been a little younger. I'd like to do more to get more people of my age and in my county aware and concerned. Having meetings in gated country clubs won't get the word out. Most of the people that I know of my age have 2-3 kids, no time, and feel like they couldn't make a difference anyway.
I'm going to look into organizing a meeting at a more popular, central location in Coweta County. I'd love to speak with Mr. King face-face. I hope to see him again at another meeeting soon. I plan to go to the healthcare meeting on 6/4 in Peachtree City and the meeting concerning our Board of Education and County Commissioners on 6/17. I know Coweta County's Administrator, several of the County Commissioners, and the Superintendent. I I'm not embarassed to nose around and see what I can find out.

Enjoyed hearing you and Lynn give your updates last evening. Folks (me included) are really frustrated at the run-away Socialist takeover of our country under mr. o. Please let me know what I can do to help stop illegal aliens from destroying GA. I agree that we must punish those who HIRE them !!!
A.N., Shrpsburg, GA
Once again I want to say thank you for speaking to our 9-12 and Tea Party meeting. It was a huge success. We’ve never had that many people at one time for only one speaker…not to discount Lynn, but we hear him all the time. You have managed to stirrup a sleeping giant in every person attending last night’s event. You are an outstanding individual with a real determined purpose and I for one will be following you in your endeavor to conquer this atrocity made upon our country.
When I heard you speak at Ann Perry’s home you had mentioned that you had plans on putting together a workshop. Have you started this or if not when do you plan on doing it? I personally would like to be in on that. I intend to place my email address on your site so I will be able to get notices periodically from you.
Again, thank you so much for your time...

In reference to the young lady who is an illegal immigrant and is attending college at KSU, I use to work with an individual who came here on a visitors visa from Mexico and decided to stay when it expired. To learn English, he attended clases at a local Jr. college. When he filled out the paperwork he had no SSN so he left it off. The tuition for the class was approximately $45.00. He paid and took the class. In the meantime he applied for and received his citizenship. He later went to take another english class at the same college. He proudly wrote down his SSN when filling out the paperwork. He went up to pay his tuition and was told it would be $90.00. He left without paying for the class. A week later he went back, filled out the paperwork, did not put down his SSN paid $45.00 for the tuition and took the class. When he told me this story, he admitted that illegal aliens have it better than American citizens in this country.

We are helping out a friend with a Tea Party Rally in Cartersville, Ga at Dellinger Park on Saturday June 19th and would love to have DA King or Inger come to speak to the Bartow area. The gentlemen who are throwing this event have not had the pleasure of hearing DA speak on the issue of illegal immigration. They agree that it is an issue that affects us all. The other speakers for this event will be covering National Defense, Balanced Budgets, Right to Life, State's Rights/10th Amendment. The topic of illegal immigration needs to be in the forefront of all Tea Party supporter's minds.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be available to speak.
Your friend in Liberty,

I discovered today that summer school in Gwinnett County Public Schools is paid for if a student is in the ESOL Program. This covers any class that the student needs to repaeat or use to get ahead. Any student who's primary language is English has to pay for summer school regardless of need.

Glad to see your reaction to that illegal Kennesaw girl. Too bad her parents were so stupid as to bring her into this country properly. Foes she have siblings? i think you need to sue Kennesaw. Seems to me that no one but the college execs would have the power to require her to pay out of state tuition. Back to possible siblings..if parents of kids who are American citizens, must pay add'l tuition if they move into a different school district (or get caught in a "Planned but unexecuted," move to a better district, must pay more, then if Miss Mexico has siblings, shouldn't her parents have to pay more? That is IF they were brought in legally. We couldn't move to Mexico or get free medical treatment in Mexico. so why do they expect it. Too bad if some of them bought houses--they should have thought about that a long time ago. Also what about the illegals from Canada or the islands? They need to go too. My ancestors had to have cash, a promised job and a place to live! . Glad to hear Sonny Perdue's views. He needs to go! Miss Mexico needs to go back to Mexico NOW! I'm an American senior citizen, who can't seem to get any help because my SS early retirement money is too much to qualify for help. The substantial savings were totally depleted by GA doctors, then I was robbed by the auctioneer who was, at one time, hired to conduct an auction. Instead he sold some very valuable things to his friends for a fraction of their value in this economy. That wasn't enough. He came back while I was gone out of town to a doctor He's a locksmith and doesn't need a key. Makes my blood boil to know that /i worked from the sge of 15, and am now broke through no fault of mine, except that I wanted to go back to work, and I hear some young foreign voice telling me how to do something. GET ALL THE ILLEGALS, WHETHER FROM MEXICO, CANADA, THE ISLANDS, OR EASTERN EUROPE, OUT OF THIS COUNTRY IMMEDIATELY.
C.W, Stone Mountain, GA
I sure you have already heard and read, the Governor SUPPORTS an illegal immigrant attending our Colleges and Univeristies even though it is against Federal Law. And according to the interview that was posted on WSB..“We’ve warned our presidents in the past over using their waiver to give in-state tuition for those who are here illegally and I think they have to be very careful in that regard,” said Perdue." well it is obvious, they (the state)have known ALL ALONG that this is occuring and are violating the very law they created!! P.S. Keep up the great work...
F.L., Smyma, GA
I want to give my sincere thanks to the D.A. King. He is a great Patriot who is doing an excellent job to protect our citizens from the abuse of power to accomplished their own political agenda by making a life career to benefit themselves and their groups. Meantime discriminating against law abiding citizens, who elected them to office, while trying to silence everyone who do not agreed with their political views using all kind of names or insulting words. Our government administration had gone to deep down with their insults and lies in order to keep their power grab...
A.M., GA
This is getting more riduculous by the day. The governor of ga should be empeached! For him to knowingly break all laws and disregard the law is disgusting!
I think you are doing a good thing to stand against the board of regents. i support your efforts.
To me there is no other actions that should be taken but to follow the law! Send the student back to where ever she came from. She and her family plotted and deliberately broke the laws of the US and are here illegally. Send them all back is the only right thing to do! My stomach churns with allowing the regents, the governor and the president of kennesaw state not be punished for knowingly and willingly violate the laws of this state and this counrty. Keep up the good work - stay on them and make them follow the laws the are to uphold. Thanks for all you do,
T.R., GA
Thank You! I'm a LEGAL law-abiding green card-holding alien and I don't want Georgiafonia either. I believe the Constitution of the United States of America is the greatest document ever written, and I believe in the rule of law. Illegal immigration activists and lobbyists and the politicians who sell out to them are doing their best to hasten the downfall of this nation, and I just want to SCREAM! The nincompoops who buy the "harmless undocumented worker" propaganda...they make me sick. I have to DO something (besides blowing my top) and finding this web site means I can breathe a sigh of relief. There IS an organization with people (right here in Georgia)who feel the way I do, and they actually do something about it --legally and in a classy, dignified way! HURRAH! Please let me know about any meetings, etc.
LAAI (Legal Alien Against Illegals)

I was a Kennesaw State Univ student and completed MSIS in Dec 2005. At the time I was not a not a permanent resident. I was legal resident of GA for over 12 months before I signed up for my first course. I was charged out-of-state tuiton. I was also told by the Office of Registrar that I was not eligible for Financial Aid. I was always under impression that ALL non-US citizens are charged out-of-state fees even though you have been a resident (in my case, legal) of GA for over 12 months.
After hearing all the news about ms Colotl, I am quite angry. Not because I was charged higher, but an illegal alien was given government benefits and I was not. Why? For following the law? I am sure I am not the only one here. Maybe other US citizens (non-GA residents) were charged more than Ms Colotl (and many such illegals). To all those who stress that we need bright people like Ms Colotl, let me stress that I got 3.9 GPA. I am still less "important" than illegals here.
I have asked Kennesaw State Universitys Registrar office and Board of Regents GA office for an explanation.
Now after 4+ years, it all seems old, but I am still upset that you get penalized for following the law, and get preferential treatment for ignoring it. Thank you,
R.T., Alpharetta, GA
TO D A KING, I GET TIRED OF SEEING YOUR FACE ON THE NEWS ABOUT JESSICA, LEAVE THE GIRL ALONE AND LET HER GET THE EDUCATION SHE DESIRES. ILLEGILE IMMIGRATION IS JUST LIKE DRUGS AND PROSTITUTION IT WILL NEVER BE STOPPED, GET USED TO IT.

I have forwarded the latest in correspondence from KSU Legal Affairs regarding my suspicious they are violating the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act {20 U.S.C. 1092(f)}...Specifically, I think I'm getting half-truths and the run around regarding Jessica Colotl's arrest being omitted from the KSU Daily Crime Log, which is diffferent from the Annual Crime Report in that:
(f) Crime log. (1) An institution that maintains a campus police or a campus security department must maintain a written, easily understood daily crime log that records, by the date the crime was reported, any crime that occurred on campus, on a noncampus building or property, on public property, or within the patrol jurisdiction of the campus police or the campus security department and is reported to the campus police or the campus security department. This log must include-- ... .
If you provide me a fax number I will forward a hard copy of the original reply from KSU Legal Affairs where they first attempt to circumvent my allegations.
Hi Stephen,
I have reviewed the Cleary Act with regard to the crime log requirement, and reviewed , again, The Handbook for Campus Crime Reporting published by the U.S. Department of Education Office of Postsecondary Education which is charged with enforcement of the Cleary Act. I cited this Handbook in my last email to you.
As you quoted, the Cleary Act does provide that a daily crime log is mandatory for all institutions that maintain a campus police or security department. The Handbook describes the daily crime log as one that lists, by date reported, all crimes reported to the campus police or security department (see p. 6 of the Handbook).
However, in Chapter 6 of The Handbook ("Writing It All Down: The Daily Crime Log"), at page 68, The Handbook provides that
"The daily crime log is not a general, catch-all incident log. Its purpose is for recording alleged criminal incidents that are reported to the campus police or security department...Specific traffic violations to include, should they be reported, are driving under the influence (DUI), driving while intoxicated (DWI), hit-and-run (of a person), and vehicular manslaughter. Violations not considered to be "crimes" (i.e., citations for moving violations) are not required to be recorded."
Additionally, I note that the intent of the Log is to provide information about possible "threats" to the campus community. I am informed by veteran Campus Police Officials that most traffic violations (i.e., moving violations) do not constitute such a threat and including them in the Log would add so much volume to the Log that it would decrease it's overall utility.
Since the Office of PostSecondary Education, which is charged with enforcement of the Cleary Act actually published the Handbook, I cite the Handbook with great confidence of its authority interpreting the Act.

Thanks for standing up to the people who would let the illegal finish college on our dime. Hope they lose their jobs. Nobody is held responsible for their actions anymore and that needs to change. Plus, thanks for all the other things you do for the working people of this state and country. I personally think if you're here illegally, you need to GO !!!!
H.J., Barnesville, GA
Saw your news clip about suing the Board of Regents - great1
1. I graduated from GA State - and, had to pay out of state tuition my first year because I moved to GA, legitimately and legally. I want my money back.
2. Look carefully at your news clip. That picture of Jessica Colotl? The one that has been used in the news over and over? Well, previously they cut off the Mexican flag behind her - she is sitting on a couch, it is a posed picture with a magenta sweater. WSB put on the whole picture and sure enough, there's the Mexican flag. I have my Army picture in front of an American flag. So, when these fools say she doesn't know her homeland, she is as American as you or I, then why in blazes does she pose with a Mexican flag in the background!! American? This appears to be a recent picture and that is where her allegiance is.

I hope you create a presence on Facebook. Thanks...

I am interested in any gatherings that may be coming up to support our views on illegal immigration, especially as to how it relates to the most recent ILLEGAL KSU student. If there are activities planned, please notify me so I can try to make them. I wish I could donate right now, however, I am disabled and my husband is unemployed, so we are having financial difficulties. But we both support you and your ideas and beliefs about how the illegal immigrants should be dealt with, because here in Forsyth county we are tired of all the illegals! I have signed up for the emails, so please keep us informed!

My son moved to San José California about three years ago. He started working for Apple and thought that this city would be great place to live. San José is noted for one of the safest places to live, but the statistics are false This last year he started documenting all the problems that have occurred around his home and has been unsuccessful at getting anything done. He has called the police on many occasions for people stealing his things. When my son called about the robberies or observing the drug house and a buyer pull a gun on each other all were mexican’s.His car has been broken in to as well plus they took his first set of video cameras. Each time the Police reported the call as disturbance or down played it to something that would not affect the statistics. Please check out this film every incident that has occurred has been by a Hispanic.
I am a registered nurse and have observed thru out the years what has happened to our emergency rooms because of illegal immigration. I have wrote my Georgia Senators who appear to not be listening or taking a stand. I am just one person but think it is time we all get together to protect this country.

Thank you for investigating the tutition which illegal aliens pay in GA. I am sick and tired of illegal aliens coming to the USA for a great education. First, they shouldn't be here and secondly, they should not be getting any benefit from being here illegally! The female which is currently in the news, doesn't get any sympathy from me. She knew she was here illegally and was taking advantage of her situation!
Please PUSH the full extent of any available laws to make an example of her, so maybe other illegal aliens will think twice about coming here.
When I get a job I will be supporting your organization with a contribution! Thank you for all you stand for and may God Bless You and Your Organization!!

Liked D A King's article "Border Battle", page4D, Macon Telegraph, 23 May 2010.
1. Hit readers/voters' pocketbooks to get their attention. Could you publish an estimate of how much, say 100,000 illegal immigrants cost the state of GA (and USA) each year? They pay some taxes (for example, sales) but get free medical, free education, free police protection, (maybe free cell phones?) WIC, food stamps, etc. One example is education. If 100,000 are here in GA they would have say 25,000 school age legal/illegal children, requiring 1,000 extra teachers (if they were not here) times average teacher's salary say $35,000, total minimal annual cost would be $35,000,000, add in textbooks, free lunches, free bus transportation, etc.
Any realistic estimate will be attacked by the illegal lovers (some call them undocumented visitors, I call them unarrested felons, but I digress). If they disagree, challenge the attackers to provide their own estimates.
2. Cheap labor is not, repeat NOT, Cheap in the long run. I would rather pay $5 for an apple than have these long range social problems and costs that will bankrupt the country.
3. The TV program "Dirty Jobs" proves there are citizens willing to do even the dirtiest jobs. Employers may have to pay a little more, but again Cheap labor is not cheap in the long run.
Keep up the good work on reporting the problems with illegal immigrants.

COLLEGE IS FREE IN MEXICO! Vicente Fox said the Mexican government has been working on legislation and reforms to have its citizens stay in the country. He cited recent bills that allowed for $1 million worth of scholarships to be handed out to deserving students. Even though Mexican universities are free, the money allows students' families to survive financially while they are at school studying. Fox said the initiative would keep Mexico's brightest in the country.

Dear Mr. King, I have just read your atricle in the Macon Telegraph and was very pleased with your reasoning and your remarks. Thank you for writing so clearly the words that I have been attempting to say to people for many years and have often been called a bigot for doing so. I honestly believe that most Americans share your views and I applaud you for your courage in stating them.

I was born in Cuba and have lived in Georgia since the age of ten. We left Cuba by way of Mexico. We entered Mexico legally and then waited about three months for our papers to be in order to enter the US. This was between Dec. 1963 and February 1964.
As a Christian, many times I've helped illegal families, especially those who have children and elders. Having said this, I am against illegal immigration. Our Federal Government has ignored this great problem, which started as a trickle several decades ago, and is now a tide. Many people are trying to enter the United States legally. The situation of, many of the illegal families, breaks my heart. Nevertheless, Mexico's corrupt government has tried to solved its problem of caring for the least educated, poor, and vulnerable of its citizens by sending them to the US. Not only that it has benefited from the money these families send home, boasting the Mexican economy. I am very disappointed in the many American businesses who've hired these men and women knowing they were illegal. And most did not hired them out of compassion, but greed. Lastly, Mexico has a harsh attitude towards illegal immigrants trying to enter Mexico's southern border from Central America and other countries. Talk about "the pot calling the kettle black".
There has to be a reasonable, logical, just immigration reform. It will need to include steps to legality and penalties, something that the agitators and leaders of the illegal immigrants, will not be happy about and will probably label as racist. I don't care. This has been an invasion. My heart goes out to the children that did not ask to come, or be born here. Their parents have made concious decisions to bring, or give birth to these children. The state of Arizona is in the trenches, and after being ignored by the Federal government for years and years it finally decided to do something. The comparison by some of the leaders of immigration reform to the Civil Rights movement is an insult. African-Americans, and Mexican-Americans, in the west, had been living in this country for centuries. The African-American didn't ask to come here. They were brought to the Americas against their will, served as slaves for centuries, and fought very hard to become real citizens, not second class citizens.
I love my adopted country very much. I have no respect for those who use it, but do not love it. In what other country, other than the USA, would illegal immigrants be allowed to live, and prosper, in relative peace for decades. Enough is enough!
I think if the attitude were less arrogant, demanding, and desrespectful, Americans would be more tenderhearted about this situation. The leaders, of these mostly hard working, humble people, are doing them a diservice with their "we are owed" attitude.

I saw Inger Eberhart today on the 11Alive morning news at 9:40 a.m. She did great. The anchor tried to use the "compassion guilt trip," on her, but Inger stayed true to her beliefs and didn't fall for it. The other fellow (Pellegrino) kept referencing the Constitution, as if the Constitution permits breaking our laws. I would have liked to see the anchor ask him, where in the Constitution, breaking our laws is authorized, but she never did. Anyway, great job Inger. I emailed them and said have Inger on again, but for a longer time frame.

I heard D.A. King speak today at the Madison Forum in Marietta, Georgia. Before this I did not know about your organization. I would be more than happy to write letters to the editor of the Marietta Daily Journal(though I don't even read that paper), or let D.A. use my name to get his editorials published.

I sent this letter to Jerry Gonzalez, so far he has not responded! LOL
For your information Jerry Gonzalez,
People that advocate for "rule of law" are not a hate group. That is lie number 2 or 3 isn't it? Mexicans as well as other nationalities are welcomed into the U.S. but they must wait their turn in line. By the way did you ever say one word of sympathy publicly when an illegal alien from Mexico murdered American Rob Krentz by shooting him down on his own property? Wouldn't that illegal qualify if convicted as a FELON?
Mexico is trying to invade the U.S. and they publicly state this. That was lie number 3. They claim their land was stolen when they stole the southwest from Spain who took it from the American Indians.
Mexico only claimed the southwest for merely 26 years. Yet they feel it is theirs? Baloney! Mexican have a homeland but it is a cesspool.
And if you are so concerned about D.A. King being a felon, why aren't you saying one word about all the illegal felons coming into the U.S. illegally like Ramon Alvarado? Not one word about any illegal felon from Jerry Gonzales? You are not only a liar, but you are a hypocrite!
http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=117083
This felon who was in the U.S. illegally burned an elderly woman alive! And you Jerry Gonzales fight for people like this!
Americans are going to stop illegal immigration. We are taking our country back. Get used to it.

First of all I really appreciate what you do. Secondly I have some info about how the state of Georgia discriminates against US citizens and legal residents with their food stamp eligibility requirements. They only count a "prorated" amount of the income of an "ineligible alien" when figuring family income while they count all of the income of a US citizen or legal resident. This Georgia policy results in families headed by illegal aliens being able to meet the income eligibilty requirements for food stamps for the eligible people in their family while needy familes of US citizens and legal residents that make the same income or even less are turned away because they exceed the income eligiblity requirements.
The Federal guidelines permit the State of Georgia to count all of the illegal aliens income in a family but they choose only count a portion of the income. I have all of the policy and procedure documents both from the state of Georgia and the Federal government to support my contention. I have contacted both the office of Governor Perdue and DFACS to have them change this policy and have not recieved any cooperation. My next step is to contact the media but I would like some advice and guidance from you about this whole matter.
Please let me know when you have time to respond if I should contact the media and if so do you have any media contacts that I should utilize. Additionally I would be happy to forward the supporting documents proving the state of Georgia discriminates against US citizens and legal residents to you as well.

I must, once again, congratulate you on tour recent article in the MDJ, your TV appearance and, overall, your continued fight for the rights of American citizens. Please extend my thanks to Inger. I have been reading the Examiner.

There is a silent majority who supports you and the Society. What we need to do is become more vocal individually. I appreciate what you are doing to make the laws unilatteral not specific to US born citizens and exclusive of undocumented immigrants. Thanks for your efforts.

Hello Fred,
As a long-time, (longer than I wish to reveal), email newsletter marketer for several Nationally recognized clients... I can tell you from experience that mistakes happen! Hopefully they are "few and far between", but they happen. I hope the fine folks at Insider Advantage Georgia realize that.
You are a true asset to The Dustin Inman Society, and the fact that you IMMEDIATELY sent out an "OOPS" broadcast... well, that's all I need to know. You are a class-act!

I am writing this letter in regards to the recent illegal immigration news and local reactions concerning Arizona’s SB1070 law and the Jessica Colotl case here in Georgia.
Interestingly enough, I just finished filing my wife’s I-751 to send to the USCIS so I would consider us fairly knowledgeable about the legal immigration process. She is a legal immigrant from Peru and as a part of the Latino community much of the misinformation and support for illegal aliens is especially frustrating. What’s worse are the groups here in Georgia that claim to be the voice of the Latino community such as GALEO and GLAHR. They obviously aren't listening to legal Latinos and exploit the word “immigrant” in order to lump legal immigrants in with illegal aliens for their own motives. They actively gloss over and offer support for crimes such as illegal border crossing and other immigration law violations. There is no such thing as a "legally undocumented" person. This is a slap in the face to anyone who follows our immigration laws to come here legally. The immigration process does work if you take the time and have the patience to do so.
Illegal border crossing is a crime, plain and simple. It's not racial profiling; it's criminal profiling. We took the time, effort, and paid the fees for her to legally enter the United States like so many others. Is it fair that these illegal aliens are here without having to do the same? Do they feel that they are entitled to permanent residency/citizenship without having to follow immigration laws? Above the law, perhaps? Ridiculous. It's a shame, really. Illegal aliens have no rights here or in any other country. They think that they are above the law and deserve special treatment for the tough life that they've had and the hardships they've endured to come here. Many people have had a tough life wherever they came from AND filed their immigration paperwork to be here legally. The opportunities to come here legally do exist. Many of us have hard jobs and families to take care of. We can’t just pick and choose which federal and state laws to abide by that best suit our situation.
All of the excuses that we’ve read online and heard on the television are really no justification for breaking federal immigration laws. Our system is not broken and we do not need an “Immigration Reform.” We need people to come here legally and we need our federal government, state, and local authorities to enforce the laws that are already in place. We do not need political leaders who will give amnesty or a “pathway to citizenship” to those who took the fast track around those who are already waiting to legally enter the United States.
I am coming to you as a U.S. citizen and my wife as a legal resident to thank you for supporting legal immigration only. Anything else is a poor attempt to back the indefensible crime that is illegal immigration.
S.H, GA
Thank you for being a true American and for loving this great country. As a retired veteran and required to take an oath and obey that oath, I feel totally betrayed by our so called leaders who also took that oath to protect our citizens and enforce all laws at all costs. Not long ago they would have been tried for treason. It's refreshing that WSB is a media outlet with courage to speak the truth on the disease of illegally immigration and how the pollution from it is spreading throughout our great country.

As a former green card holder, I was told to always carry the card with me. I believe in 1952 a law was passed stating you had to always carry your green card or other documents proving you were in the USA legally.
Perhaps we need to start a campaign to remind all pro amnesty of the law, especially our president who's a lawyer and should be familiar with the law.

I sent a letter to USA Today, yesterday, saying that the authors of the Arizona law set themselves up for accusations of "racial profiling" by saying "if reason to believe here illegally.......)
All future such versions of this law ( needed NATIONALLY! ) should require the police to check the citizenship of EVERYONE stopped, questioned and I.D'd! Then, no such allegations could be made.
I'd love to send you a donation, but since I've been sleeping in my van for the past year due to illegal alien gang activity in my neighborhood that the Athens "authorities" refused to stop unless I filed a formal complaint identifying myself to these criminals ( training pit bulls to be vicious by starving them, then tossing small dogs to them to eat ...the noise precluded sleep for months, so I could not work ) I'm hardly in a position to do so. I very nearly died this winter, while these invaders got to stay in their rental home.......
"Invasion Machine" would be a good title for a book on the organized takeover of the U.S. by these criminals! ( Feel free to use it. ) Having lived in a neighborhood taken over by them, I've seen how they help each other get established and "work the system". ( aenaged Mexican whorehouse opened up across the street from me, with help from established "immigrants", and the police did nothing to shut it down. Both whores had "anchor babies" who disappeared from the premises a few months after birth.
P.S. I was raised utra-liberal, but now see how these inavders take advantage of the kum-baya singing nitwits on the left ( none of whom, of course, live in neighborhoods they've ruined! ) to set up their criminal enterprises.
G.S., GA
As it is with you, I have spent the past few years working on illegal immigration, albeit my efforts pale in comparison to yours. Since I am self-employed you can well understand my absence from the medical/business market has caused a drastic reduction in my income. I did want you to know, however, that I expect a commission fee within the month and a check to you will be the first that will be written once the funds are deposited.
I have passed your appeal to everyone on my list, with a request the recipients do the same.
I will not say, "Atta Boy"; rather, I WILL say that in the course of conversation with advocates for illegal immigration reform, not only in PA but around the country, your name is among those most respected and admired for being the man who devoted his life and life's savings to this cause. For this reason, know that I will do everything in my power to assist you in raising monies necessary in order for you to continue your efforts which have had more impact than you will ever know or understand.

July 22nd 2008 - The man charged with killing a father and two sons on a San Francisco street last month was one of the youths who benefited from the city's long-standing practice of shielding illegal immigrant juveniles who committed felonies from possible deportation, The Chronicle has learned.
Edwin Ramos, now 21, is being held on three counts of murder in the June 22 deaths of Tony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16. They were shot near their home in the Excelsior district when Tony Bologna, driving home from a family picnic, briefly blocked the gunman's car from completing a left turn down a narrow street, police say.
Ramos, a native of El Salvador whom prosecutors say is a member of a violent street gang, was found guilty of two felonies as a juvenile - a gang-related assault on a Muni passenger and the attempted robbery of a pregnant woman - according to authorities familiar with his background.

I couldn’t figure out how to attach it to the story, but sent. Thank you for having Mr. King on your show to give your audience the straight story on the Federal government's failure to enforce U.S. immigration laws that have been on the law books for decades. It was a balanced report with views (however incorrect) from your amnesty advocate. It was too bad he slandered Mr. King at the end of the interview. Your website video didn't have his apology. You and FOX 5 did a great job to run this very important story. Thank you

Good Job, D.A. You out-classed him and made him look like a fool.

In the nation's capitol, the issue of illegal immigration has also become a heated issue too. Leo Alexander, candidate for mayor, began a personal campaign against illegal immigration three years ago. Now as a candidate, his promise to enact strict laws to curtail illegal immigration in the nation's capitol is one of the hottest issues among the unemployed, youth and Americans who want to protect the seat of government. The incumbent mayor fueled with millions from developers and contractors that use undocumented labor ignores how illegal immigrants have taken sanctuary in the District of Columbia. The Council headed by a weak chair refuses to address the problem. It, too, receives large sums from big business to keep cheap labor coming at the expense of keeping a skilled American workforce from making better wages. It is important that Black people not allow a few individuals with notoriety, like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, become the spokespersons on this issue. They failed Black people before and they will sell us out again! Presidents Hoover, Truman and Eisenhower dealt with the issue of illegal immigration by sending millions back to their countries that disobeyed our laws to ensure American workers were given entitled opportunities for employment. Now it's time for President Obama to follow in the footsteps of his predecessors - like it or not America and Americans come first!

Your relentless pursuit of the truth and defending American sovereignty is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Putting up with liars and trash that serves no function in this nation has to be tiring at the least, but you continue to fight the good fight.
I pass along your letters to all my conservative friends who share American values.
The article from the National Review was great. Mark Krikorian did a fine job of succinctly calling out the SPLC and J.Gonzalez.
You deserve the thanks of tens of thousands of us, in your ceaseless efforts to continue to work to protect Georgia and the United States. The detrimental effects of Hart-Cellar were forecast prior to that devastation getting signed into law by that idiot LBJ, but the left defied common sense and ignored the warnings--sure sounds familiar to the current debacle we're witnessing.

D.A., I AM SO HAPPY FOR THE PROGRESS THAT THE STATE OF GEORGIA IS MAKING ON THIS ISSUE. I JUST WISH THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA WOULD WISE UP AND DO WHATS RIGHT BY ITS CITIZENS LIKE THE STATE OF GEORGIA IS DOING FOR ITS CITIZENS. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ALLOWED TO COME HERE ILLEGALLY, AND ONCE HERE BE GIVEN THINGS THAT AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE DENIED IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY HAVE JUST COME HERE AND ARE TAKING OVER. THIS AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIONS BEFORE JUST SAT BACK AND LET IT HAPPEN WITH OUT TRYING TO STOP IT. AND NOW THAT ISTS OUT OF CONTROL, THEY HOLLER WE CAN'T DEPORT 12 MILLION PEOPLE. THE HELL THEY CAN'T, THEY JUST DON'T WANT TO DEPORT THEM. BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM DEPORTING A LARGE # OF HAITIANS BEFORE THE EARTHQUAKE STRUCK THAT COUNTRY. ITS JUST THE FACT THAT THE MAJORITY THAT ARE HERE ILLEGALL ARE HISPANICS, AND THE U.S. GOVERNMENT DON'T WANT TO UP SET THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT.

On behalf of the Concerned Citizens of Forsyth County and the Forsyth County Tea Party Patriots, let me say thank you for speaking at the Tax Day Tea Party Rally in Cumming GA. Illegal immigration plays a huge role in the out of control government spending that we are facing and you did a masterful job of explaining the problem and tying it to the issue of taxes and spending.

My husband and I enjoyed meeting you at the meeting of the Chattahoochee Republican Women's Club in March. At that time I mentioned that we would like for you to have an article in an issue of VOICES, the magazine of the Georgia Federation of Republican Women.
Our next issue will come out at the end of the summer and we would like to have an update on where Georgia is with the illegal immigration issue. Please see the attached guidelines for writers. An attached issue of VOICES will familiarize you with our magazine.
A call for articles will be emailed this summer and we look forward to listing your article as one of our features.

I attend Decatur High School and I'm in the ninth grade. My father is a high school teacher and my mom is a paralegal, who is also on the School Board. Thank you very much for giving up your time to our class. It was truly an honor to get the chance to meet a person who influences our lawmakers and helps to make the world we live in today a better place. The whole week we met people that made the laws that we follow today but, in meeting you, we heard from a well-respected man who was an expert in his field of interest. When Mr. B first introduced you to us, he said that your opinions would probably be different from the ones we'd heard from the beginning of the day. But, when you came in and expressed your outlook, it hit dead on point with the views of my family and myself. Not only did you communicate your judgment, but also you backed it up with evidence from the past.
You talked about illegal immigrants and how they were taking the jobs of American citizens for cheaper labor. To me, this is a very big problem. American citizens are being deprived of work options because some people are so inconsiderate of other Americans that they would employ illegal aliens because they are willing to work for cheaper labor. To me, it takes a pretty selfish person to put illegal people over his fellow citizens. I appreciate the fact that you are trying to push for the enforcement of that law. It seems vey weird that people aren't enforcing the law that could make a huge difference in our economy. Thank you very much for fighting for the rights and freedoms of the American people without pay. It means a great deal to me.
I understand that people want to get into this country to establish a better life for themselves but, it makes a lot more sense for them to wait to get in while the economy is better so they can establish a better life style. Again, thank you very much for your time. It was truly a privilege to get to meet you, and to hear from you.
J.S., Decatur, GA
I’m a student in the freshman class, at Decatur High School, and part of Georgia Close Up. I wanted to thank you so much for sacrificing your time, to make our experience at the state capitol that much better. The talk about immigration, and the difference between legal and illegal immigrants, opened my mind. I really like the things you said to us, because they made so much sense. You gave me a different point of view, and made me look at the issue of immigration, out of two different filters. I understand the frustration of having passed a law years ago, without it being enforced. Even if someone doesn’t agree, it is a law, and it must be obeyed.
My fellow students and I discussed the issues you brought up to us, even after we’d left and gone home. Your talk opened many doors for debating and talking. We truly appreciate and respect you, for taking time out to explain to us, your ideas and beliefs. You also give us a little idea, of what’s happening at our state capitol.
I admire you for the fact that, for all this you don’t get paid. You’re there fighting for what you think is right, and working hard to get it. I find it amazing that you take time almost every day, to do this. You have set an example, for both me, and my peers. Showing that, if we are strongly opinionated on any law(s), we can, and we should do something about it. There are many ways that we can, and I’m sure we will. Once again, I would like to thank you for your time, and discussion.
