PRO-ENFORCEMENT AMERICANS LOSE AGAIN IN THE REPUBLICAN-CONTROLLED GEORGIA SENATE
Yesterday about noon, the Republican-controlled Georgia Senate confirmed Republican Governor Nathan Deal’s appointment of GALEO’s anti-enforcement leftist, Ms. Rocio Del Milagro Woody to the state’s Board of Corrections.
While referring to illegally present aliens as “immigrants” and immigration enforcement as “anti-business,” Deal’s newly appointed corrections board member Del Milagro Woody has publicly spoken-out against the federal 287(g) program, Attrition Through Enforcement, and complained that immigration law in Arizona “has encouraged Georgia politicians to claim that illegal immigration is costing jobs and threatening the economy.”
The vote for confirmation of the list of the Governor’s appointments was 39 “YEA” 13 “NAY” and 4 not voting. You can see how your own state Senator voted.
The official Senate vote record is HERE. ADDED: My own state senator, Judson Hill voted “NO” – but then sent a letter to the Secretary of the Senate asking that his vote be changed to “YES.”
The Republican Majority Leader moved to dispense with the reading of the list of appointments. There were no objections to the motion or the inclusion of Rocio Del Milagro Woody’s appointment.
If you want to watch the short Senate video archive of this vote, it is HERE . Debate at 211:30 Vote at 218:00.
__
Last week the same Republican-controlled Georgia Senate voted down an amendment to legislation that would have ended the issuance of drivers licenses to illegal aliens. You can see how your own state Senator voted on that disgraceful issue HERE.
A Senate Resolution that would have allowed Georgia voters to answer a November ballot question on amending the state constitution making English the official language of governemnt and ending the current practice of offering the written drivers license test in 11 language other than English was not allowed to escape from Senate Rules committee. The same resolution passed in Oklahoma in 2010 by 76%.
All of this is due to the orders from the Chamber of Commerce and big business.
Welcome to Republican-ruled Georgiafornia.
NOTE! Added 15 March 2014: Upon educated complaints to some Republican Georgia state Senators, we are hearing that the Senators are telling constituents that they had no choice on voting on the confirmation of Rocio Del Milagro Woody, because the Governor’s List of Appointments was “presented in a bundle.” This is not true. as you can see on the video, the Senators had to vote to waive the individual reading of the names on the list. They knowingly created a bundle after having been warned and educated on Gov. Nathan Deal’s appontment of this lefist Democrat.
I personally stood at the door of the Republican Senate Caucus meeting the week before they voted an handed out a printed copy of the above Breitbart News article.
WE SUGGEST THAT THIS INFO GO OUT TO HOME DISTRICTS TEA PARTY AND 9/12 GROUPS AND COUNTY GOP GROUPS AND THAT THE 7 MINUTE VIDEO OF THE SENATE VOTE BE SHOWN IN PUBLIC.
What is that smell…?

ANTI-ENFORCEMENT CHAMBER-OF-COMMERCE-ORDERED LIBERALISM FLOURISHING UNDER GEORGIA’S REPUBLICAN-CONTROLLED GOLD DOME
Governor Nathan Deal leads the retreat
In October, I made you aware of Georgia’s Republican Governor Nathan Deal’s appointment of anti-enforcement radical Ms. Rocio Del Milagro Woody to the state Board of Corrections. I also posted the story on Breitbart News HERE. But, the appointment is treated as a secret in the state Capitol.
Make no mistake, Rocio Del Milagro Woody is a far-left open borders menace who has no place in Georgia government.
Here is a sample of her attitude on immigration enforcement:
“While referring to illegally present aliens as “immigrants” and immigration enforcement as “anti-business,” Deal’s newly appointed corrections board member Del Milagro Woody has publicly spoken-out against the federal 287(g) program, Attrition Through Enforcement, and complained that immigration law in Arizona “has encouraged Georgia politicians to claim that illegal immigration is costing jobs and threatening the economy.”
One day between now and March 20 when the 2014 Georgia General Assembly ends, the governor’s office will send his 2013 list of appointments to various boards and positions to the Republican-controlled Senate to be approved. With a recorded vote that will be public record and reported from here. Rocio Del Milagro Woody’s appointment is not final and complete without the confirmation of the state Senate. That body can insist that her name be removed from the list before a vote or they can simply vote no.
To be clear: Your Senator will be voting whether to confirm Deal’s appointment of this associate of Jane Fonda.
I have made the entire Republican Senate aware of this debacle and passed out printed copies of the Breitbart News article to them in the Capitol. No Senator can claim ignorance on this.
This is the same Georgia Senate that refused last week to allow Georgia voters to see and vote on a November ballot question about amending the state constitution to make English the official language of government in Georgia and the same Republican-controlled state Senate that defeated legislation that would stop illegal aliens from obtaining and keeping a Georgia drivers license.
We hope you have noticed that Republican Nathan Deal has been silent on illegal immigration since early 2011. We describe him as a ” willing hostage of Big Business.”
ACTION: If you want, you can contact your own state Senator HERE and let him/her know that you are watching and offer your opinion of the Governor’s appointment. Just leave a message with the assistant who answers your call, or leave a message on voice mail. You can also get a message to Governor Deal (did we mention he is a Republican and running for re-election in November?) by calling his office at 404 656 1776.
We will keep you informed on the outcome of the Senate confirmation vote.
We hope that you understand the importance of the problems outlined above and will make then part of your conversations with your state officials before the next election. Conservative values and common sense in Georgia’s Republican party is rapidly vanishing in Georgia. Your silence can help speed that along.

Prediction – Media in New Year will continue to ignore fact that enforcement works
At the end of another year of federal government sanctioned colonization of America by millions of resentful illegal aliens, some predictions and observations for 2012 involving the organized crime of illegal immigration.
Prediction: Agenda-driven pollsters will continue to attempt to sway public opinion on what should be done with the millions of illegals who have created a massive, well-funded, bi-partisan and liberal media-backed defense force against deportation — the punishment for unauthorized presence in the USA.
Consider the ubiquitous campaign-driven “scientific immigration polls” containing questions that perpetuate the straw man argument that since it would be (regrettably) difficult to deport every illegal by sundown tomorrow, the only other option must be to begin another massive legalization. These skewed polls intentionally omit the proven and recognized effective reasonable solution called “attrition through enforcement.”
This concept — repeatedly presented in this space for nearly a decade and proven successful each time a state passes an immigration enforcement law — acknowledges that it took more than 30 years for the current national-suicide crisis to develop and that there is no magical overnight remedy. It could take 30 years to fully solve.
Gradual attrition of the illegal population through enforcement of the law is the logical and reasonable third choice Americans are not supposed to ever consider. Especially in an election season poll.
Predictions within a prediction: The media will continue to hide that fact that nearly half of the insurgent illegal aliens currently in the United States did not arrive here illegally. They came on legal tourist visas and refused to leave. The media — and the candidates — will fail to make the fact that we have no dependable system in place to monitor visa-holder departures a campaign issue.
Attrition through enforcement recognizes that border security and law enforcement is a fundamental duty of the federal government and is not a campaign bargaining chip. And that like all criminals, illegals flee enforcement.
One comical example: In 2007 when Arizona passed its E-Verify law, hundreds of thousands of fearful illegal aliens fled that state. The panicked howls from northern Mexican local officials said a lot. They pleaded for American advice on providing education, jail space, services and jobs to the hordes of impoverished returning Mexican citizens.
Proof that enforcement works came when much of the state and national media spent six months condemning Georgia’s most recent illegal immigration law known as HB 87 because illegals are leaving for friendlier states. As planned.
Another prediction: An increasing number of Georgia’s agriculture employers will begin to use the numerically unlimited federal H2A temporary guest worker visa established as part of the 1986 amnesty. According to a few grudging press reports, many Georgia growers who wailed that HB 87 and its E-Verify component made it hard to find and hire black market labor are now applying for legal workers… using the legal H2A method.
“I think a lot of growers are looking to H2A as an alternative this spring,” Charles Hall recently told Atlanta’s WXIA-TV. Hall is director of the Georgia Fruit and Vegetable Growers Association. R.T. Stanley, an onion farmer interviewed by WXIA, will also reluctantly use the H-2A program next year. Stanley says he and other farmers are “just forced into it because they can’t get enough labor otherwise.” There is now a shortage of illegals because enforcement works.
Prediction: Farmers will not turn down any taxpayer-funded subsidies in 2012.
Prediction: On immigration enforcement, GOP presidential candidate “Make ‘em Legal but Don’t Call it Amnesty” Newt Gingrich will continue to spew what National Review blogger and Center for Immigration Studies Executive Director Mark Krikorian charitably calls “gibberish” on enforcement. And the media will continue to ignore the fact that Mitt Romney is talking about attrition through enforcement.
Recent reports of declining unemployment numbers in Alabama and Georgia will ignore the fact that pending E-Verify and enforcement laws in both states were passed to protect legal workers and create job openings.
Observation: Because of her work on the issue when she served in the Justice Department, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan will reportedly recuse herself when the nation’s high-court considers the Obama administration’s challenge to parts of Arizona’s latest illegal immigration enforcement law in 2012.
Prediction: Justice Sonia Sotomayor, an unapologetic former member of the anti-enforcement National Council of La Raza (“The Race”) will not recuse herself.
And the dependable media will remain as silent on this travesty as they hope you will on immigration enforcement in 2012.

Pro-enforcement immigration activist challenges syndicated talk radio host Neal Boortz to defend his support for the legalization proposal from presidential candidate Newt Gingrich
After trying unsuccessfully to have a brief on-air debate today with Neal Boortz regarding the recent re-submission of the long-discredited “Red Card” amnesty plan for illegal aliens by Newt Gingrich, DIS president D.A. King extends his open challenge to Boortz to participate in a public equal-time discussion moderated by a third party.
One in which “the high priest of the painful truth” would not have access to a dump button.
According to King, at the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Simpson-Mazzoli legislation, as a member of congress who voted YEA on that failed amnesty, Newt Gingrich has finally made public his willingness to repeat the process of rewarding and legalizing illegal aliens who may have missed that “one-time” process or been able to avoid capture by a succession of unenthusiastic White House administrations. “Pro-enforcement voters all over the nation should be grateful to Gingrich for his confession” says King.
“It is clear that Boortz spent his weekend soaking up talking points to viciously defend Gingrich and his amnesty plan” said King today. “What is not clear is who was conducting the instruction, Gingrich, Cecilia Munoz or Jerry Gonzalez.”
King went on: “while citing many of the hot-button far-left liberal points on excuses for not honoring our immigration system with enforcement, Libertarian Boortz added at least one astounding never-been-heard point to the anti-enforcement argument. A clearly upset Boortz actually said that ‘ “illegals come here for the rule of law” reports a laughing King.
“In support of his pal Newt http://www.boortz.com/weblogs/nealz-nuze/2011/nov/28/republicans-get-smart/ , Boortz has come out wildly swinging from the left of Barbara Jordan and her recommendations to congress in 1995 and in the process is attacking faithful Republicans who demand a candidate for president who will promise never to repeat any form of legalization for the border escapees” said king. “No word yet on why we must discard forever the concept of an equal application of the law or how we hold “citizen hearings” for millions of illegals who even now are likely printing up documented proof of their long-time U.S. residency. I am dying to hear Boortz estimate the size of the riotous un-citizen mobs that would surely be marching in the streets of America demanding U.S. citizenship and the right to vote. Somebody needs to be allowed to tell Neal that the real and reasonable solution is attrition through enforcement” ended King.
King said he would be happy to participate in any public debate that pleases Neal Boortz and any resulting admission fees should be donated to the families of slain Border Patrol Agents.

DUSTIN INMAN SOCIETY URGES AMERICANS TO AVOID ANY POSSIBLY PLANNED COUNTER PROTEST OR RALLY TO OPPOSE ANTI- IMMIGRATION LAW ENFORCEMENT MARCH AT THE GEORGIA STATE CAPITOL ON May 1 2010

Because of recent dangerous occurrences in Arizona, in the interest of public safety and to avoid potential personal attacks or injury, the Dustin Inman Society is urging pro-immigration law enforcement Americans to avoid organized assembly or counter rallies at the announced “march” against enforcement at the Georgia Capitol on Saturday, May 1st, 2010.
By organizing, transporting and encouraging illegal aliens, subversive, anti-enforcement advocates have announced the intent to defy American immigration laws and demand an end of enforcement of those laws.
Beginning at 10:00 AM Saturday, May 1, these open borders advocates have announced plans for a five-hour march from the Georgia Capitol to advance a cause of a cessation of enforcement, open borders and to repeat the legalization legislation of 1986 for individuals who have escaped capture at American borders, reports D.A. King, president of the Dustin Inman Society.
“Most Americans understand that preserving the rule of law and defined, defended borders can be accomplished by electing responsible state and federal elected officials and that there are times when law-abiding Americans must avoid the risk of violent attacks in their own country” King said.
“According to polls, the large majority of weary Americans support the recently passed law in Arizona making the crime of illegal immigration a state crime in Arizona” observed King. “In Arizona, a fringe minority comprised largely of illegal aliens and their community organizers have made it clear that opposition to their agenda will be met with ridiculous, transparent and vacant charges of “racial profiling” and violence King said.
D.A. King urges Americans to always remember their right to peaceably assemble to make their voices heard, but to attend the anti-enforcement rally in Atlanta at their own risk. “While Capitol Police and Atlanta Police have always worked hard to provide protection to all concerned at similar past rallies, the possibility of personal injury should not be ignored” according to King. “If you go, I recommend attending with a witness and to take video and still cameras to record what is sometimes left off of media reports” was King’s experienced advice.
The Dustin Inman Society will not be sponsoring or sanctioning any counter protest to the anti-enforcement rally staged by radical anarchist elements on Saturday morning. “Expect no intervention by or protection from federal authorities” was King’s warning to possible counter protesters. “This will not be an permanent or ongoing policy of the Dustin Inman Society” says King.
Mr. King plans on video taping the event at his own risk.
Named for one of the thousands of Americans who have paid the ultimate price for America’s unsecured borders and the resulting illegal immigration crisis, the Dustin Inman Society is a Georgia-based, non-partisan, multi-ethnic coalition of Americans opposed to illegal immigration and illegal employment.
“In 1986, we proved that a path to citizenship for illegal aliens, from any region, does not result in secure borders or put an end to illegal immigration… or employment” said D.A. King, president of the Dustin Inman Society.
Advancing the cause of the American worker, the Dustin Inman Society strongly supports the as yet untried concept of securing American borders – at any price – and the vigorous enforcement of employment laws as a solution to the decades-old illegal immigration crisis (Attrition through enforcement). The Dustin Inman Society mission statement HERE.
The Dustin Inman Society supports and endorses the Arizona law mirroring long-standing federal laws.

Mexican Central Bank Reports a Drop in Remittances
Thursday, June 4, 2009
The Mexican Central Bank reported an 18.7% drop in April in money sent from Mexicans working in the United States. The large drop is compared to remittances from a year ago, and the bank reports that it’s the largest single month drop since they began tracking the transfers.
Remittances have been dropping sharply since 2007, correlating with the U.S. recession and the end to the construction boom. Over the first four months of 2009, remittances overall have fallen by 8.7%. Roughly $1.8 billion was transferred from the United States to Mexico in April.
Economists said that several other factors are contributing to the drop in remittances. Fewer Mexicans are illegally crossing the border because of better enforcement and the lack of jobs. Also, those that are in the country aren’t working as much or are working for less. Another reason cited is that illegal aliens are paying taxes anticipating an amnesty.
“We are seeing the aggravation of all these trends,” Economist Eliseo Díaz González said. “With opportunities for employment in the United States shutting off, we cannot continue to export labor to the United States anymore. The prize for migrating no longer exists.”

Here in Georgia, the sheriffs in Hall ( Steve Cronic) and Whitfield ( Scott Chitwood ) counties have joined my own Cobb County sheriff, Neil Warren, in taking advantage of federal 287 (g) training for some of their deputies to expand their authority to enforce immigration laws.
Georgia now has three sheriffs using 287 (g) with another, Sheriff Scott Berry in Oconee county, soon to follow. Because of our Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act of 2006 (SB 529), the Georgia State Patrol is also using 287 (g).
For readers who may not be familiar with the program, please read all about it here.
I am not aware of another state with more use of 287 (g) and we at the Dustin Inman Society will continue to educate and encourage law enforcement officials to take advantage of the now tweleve -year- old federal program. We are very proud of our part in this and these sheriff’s courage.
The results of checking the immigration status of people booked into county jails is clear: Illegal aliens who have committed additional crimes are being reported to ICE and many have been deported. In Cobb County Georgia alone, as of the 1st of January, 750 illegal aliens have been taken out of the county jail by the feds since the program began on July 1st.
Illegal aliens are migrating out of Georgia because of one simple fact: Enforcement works. Use of 287 g is a deterrent. What we are seeing is attrition through enforcement.
You can read about the effects as outlined by the parasitic open borders lobby here from Jerry Gonzalez of GALEO, friend of Jane Fonda, former MALDEF goon and Georgia’s most visible shameless far left whacko illegal alien guardian. ( Bio here)
WE NEED A LITTLE HELP: I am asking that Americans from all over the nation help us here in Georgia with two phone calls ( use your cell phone, it’s free) one call each to sheriffs Cronic and Chitwood.
In the next week, I am in hopes that we can deliver thousands of calls of thanks and appreciation of attention to duty to the sheriffs of Hall and Whitfield counties here for their courage in implementing 287 (g).
Doing so will only serve to alert other sheriffs – all over the nation – that Americans want all available tools used and the law equally applied. Contact info below.
Please take the time to thank these brave law enforcement officers. Bonus: It drives the open borders lobby loco!
Sheriff Steve Cronic of Hall County contact info HERE.Sheriff Scott Chitwood of Whitfield County contact info HERE.
If you have time for a third call, please let my friend, Cobb Sheriff Neil Warren know how much we all appreciate his being the first sheriff in Georgia to implement 287 (g). HERE.

“The status quo is unacceptable”
George W. Bush – President of the United States – June, 2007 in his unrelenting push for amnesty-again.
The status quo is changing in Georgia.
D.A. King
Most Americans recognize that if George Bush had any intention of securing American borders, he would have done so on September 11, 2001.
He has not.
Most Americans recognize that the illegal immigration crisis in America did not happen overnight and will not be solved overnight or by another amnesty.
Most Americans will no longer suffer the false logic that because it would likely be impossible to deport more than 20 million people all at once we must legalize them…like we did in 1986.
What about self-deportation?
The real solution is strikingly easy to see: Attrition of the illegal alien and illegal employer population through enforcement of the American rule of law. Here in Georgia, we have worked very hard to create a climate in which illegals – both employers and aliens – will either begin to obey the law… or to leave.
Georgia state Senator Chip Rogers authored the 2006 Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act (SB 529) and stood up against the inevitable derision that comes with any demand that our borders be secured and our laws be equally applied. The plan was that a state law requiring compliance with and enforcement of federal law, illegals would look for more hospitable states in which to reside ( maybe Mexico?) – and stop coming to Georgia.
Most Americans should know that Chip Rogers is a great American hero.
To see that the Georgia law is accomplishing exactly what it was designed to do, please watch this two minute video from CBS 46 TV in Atlanta on YOUTUBE. ( Sarah Parker reporting)
The status quo is unacceptable…including the president being allowed to go unpunished for his refusal to honor his oath of office and to enforce American law.
Most Americans understand: ENFORCEMENT WORKS and that the answer is Attrition through Enforcement.
September 18, 2006
Fast Fact: A strategy of attrition through enforcement could reduce the illegal population by as many as 1.5 million illegal aliens each year. Currently about 183,000 illegal aliens per year depart without the intervention of immigration officials, according to DHS statistics.
What is “attrition by enforcement”?
It is the concept that if we were to elect a government that would secure our borders and actually enforce our employment and immigration laws, illegal aliens would not be drawn to the U.S., would have a very difficult time entering our Republic illegally and would begin to self-deport… as Ceser Chavez realized, wages would begin to go up so that people in America could earn a living wage.
It is your basic “no-brainer”.
Read more here.
Enforcement works…as has been proven by all too few examples of recent enforcement.
We should remenber this: Real immigrants who are in the U.S. legally have no fear of work place enforcement and do not need fraudulaent documents to obtain a driver’s license or a job. Only illegal aliens do.
