Advocacy Alert
Jerry Gonzalez, Executive Director of GALEO, calls on a mobilization to register and turn out Latino voters in order to send a strong message regarding the need for immigration reform. Please listen to his remarks on #June28 here.
Volunteer with us in Georgia to reach Latino voters and engage them this election season for voting and to hold accountable U.S. Representatives regarding immigration reform and the lack of movement forward (scorecards will be released soon). We will keep working together towards reform and to urge President Obama to all that is allowable to provide relief from deportations.

GALEO, along with other civic engagement groups, are teaming up to continue our work for a great 2014 election season which will see an increase in voter engagement of communities who normally do not go out to vote. Latino voters tend to vote in Presidential elections but do not go out to vote in midterm election years. 2014 is one of those and we can make a difference if our communities turn out to vote!
YOUR help is needed. Su VOTO Es Su Voz!
