Georgia law (OCGA 50-36-1) has required use of an affidavit system and eligibility verification using the federal SAVE program by all official agencies that administer public benefits since 1 July, 2007 .

Below are lists of the entities that are active in the SAVE system and those that have pending applications to use SAVE as of 31 December 2010 according to the SAVE Program, Verification Division

U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, Department of Homeland Security. A reminder sent with the lists from DHS includes this:
