Hundreds line up for Mexican documents
More than 380 Mexican nationals lined up in Asbury Park this morning to obtain documents issued by their government. — The passports and consular ID cards, called matricula consular, were being issued at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in the city through the Mexican Consulate on Wheels program.
