MORE ILLEGAL LABOR AT COBB COURTHOUSE! We get mail from John Ciancia, Jobs for Georgians

Mr King,

The construction industry has always been a staple for the American citizen for whom did not make it to college and did not want go into the military. Going into a apprenticeship after high school was always an option years back and it was a great job for young adults just starting out with good benefits and a safe work environment. Over the last 10-15 years the state of Georgia has taken a turn that is unimaginable.

It has gotten so bad that if you were not a Latino you had no chance of getting hired. The Latino community has kept a lot of non-latinos out. Let’s take the masonry trade as a example.

Masonry company’s in the state of Georgia will not even let you fill out a application at there office you have to go to the job site to what they call get “sized up” to see who you know and if you were Latino. You see a company can’t discriminate that’s a “Unfair Labor Practice”, the foreman on the job hires you then if your the right race 97% of the time then you go back to the office and fill out the paperwork and start work. Case in point the Cobb county court house Zebra construction is the Masonry sub for Turner construction. Zebra last year had $30 million in masonry but only shows 40 or so employees counting there office staff. They hire one or two Latinos with good social security numbers, Zebra pays them and they turn around and pay there mason’s in cash.

At the end of the year those two guys go out and get new social security numbers and the cycle continues all over again. No taxes paid,no social security paid,no Workman’s comp,no nothing the state loses the county loses, and the tax payers lose. Most of the people that paid that s.p.l.o.s.t tax in that community that could be working on that project are shut out.

It is well known all over the state that this goes on, it forces good companies to compete and do this same thing. Fake documentation is so big in Georgia that it is widely overlooked and 97% of General contractors and Masonry contractors are all guilty of this. We have proof of this. I can get contractors to testify and workers also.

State school work is were the biggest violations are all over the state, these contractors don’t know any other way. Because we exposed Zebra construction at the Cobb courthouse Zebra was forced to become a true contractor hiring and running the work, they are so behind on that project because they rely that much on illegal help. We exposed the Atlanta airport with M&D masonry same thing went in there looking for a job the first question they ask if you have legal papers if you do you were not getting hired.

This way they can pay what they want and work you overtime without paying it!There is no labor laws to follow you cant complain because they know you are illegal and they will lay you off.

Black market labor! – More on the Cobb County Courthouse Caper

America is hurtin’! – Contractors working on the Cobb County Courthouse use black-market labor – illegal aliens – in Marietta,Georgia USA. Illegal aliens were hired as bricklayers, keeping Americans from working on the construction site.

Cobb County Courthouse contractors are using black market labor – February 10, 2010. Using illegal alien scab labor forces American workers out of their jobs in this tight economy. Contractors claim to be using the E-Verify program, but undercover workers claim illegal aliens are hired as subcontractors and are paid cash.

Tom Tancredo — WorldNetDaily.com American patriot Terry Anderson, RIP

When I last saw Terry Anderson in early June at a “Support Arizona” rally in Phoenix, he was 400 miles from his home and family in Los Angeles. I did not know then that he was dying of pancreatic and liver cancer. He died July 7 and is survived by his wife, Melanie, and two sons…

TV’s Colbert & Farmworkers Union Miss 2 Key Facts In Their Illegal Alien Stunt

TV’s Colbert & Farmworkers Union Miss 2 Key Facts In Their Illegal Alien Stunt

By Roy Beck, posted on NumbersUSA

4% and H-2A!

These are two powerful reasons why TV comedian Stephen Colbert and the United Farm Workers of America are completely misleading the public with their “Take Our Jobs” stunt.

They claim that they are bringing a dose of reality to the national desire to move illegal aliens out of the country. They suggest that because few Americans have stepped forward to take field work at existing wages and conditions, that means we need most of the illegal aliens who are in the country.

In a nutshell, here are the two main reasons their gag is full of a baloney:

Only 4% of illegal alien workers have jobs in agriculture
To whatever extent a farmer may rely on illegal ag workers, he/she has an unlimited supply of LEGAL ag workers available through a foreign visa program called H-2A.
UNION ABANDONS WORKERS TO MAKE AMNESTY POINT

The Union’s founder, Caesar Chavez was a champion against illegal immigraiton because he knew how it depressed wages, benefits and working conditions for those who work the fields.

But now the union is much more concerned with adding millions of illegal foreign workers into the rolls of registered voters to accomplish other political goals.

Union officials said the campaign called “Take Our Jobs” is intended to highlight the role of illegal workers in feeding Americans and to goad Congress to overhaul U.S. immigration policy. . . I can’t imagine we’ll find that many Americans want to work in the fields,” said Arturo Rodriguez, president of the California-based union.

Kicking out illegal aliens would lead to crops rotting in the fields, higher food prices and a greater reliance on imports, the Associated Press says the union contends.

“If we asked all the undocumented immigrants to leave the country, the agriculture industry would die,” Mr. Rodriguez said.

Can you believe such bald-faced lying!

I hope you will challenge every reporter who ever quotes such nonsense without a response that shows what a lie it is.

The H-2A visa program allows any farmer in America to import an unlimited number of foreign workers to labor in the fields.

If the government made illegal aliens go home, there would be no reason for a single head of lettuce to rot in the fields or an apple to fall and rot on the ground.

Then why are there so many illegal aliens working the fields?

Because the farmers who hire them refuse to pay the slightly higher wages required when they use the LEGAL H-2A system and because they don’t plan ahead enough to use the system. North Carolina farmers, on the other hand, have banded together in a kind of co-op to easily use the H-2A system and beat some red tape issues.

ILLEGAL ALIENS ARE MAINLY THREAT TO NON-AG JOBS

Advocates for illegal foreign workers almost always focus on agriculture because they know — as does Stephen Colbert — that few native-born Americans are interested in working the fields at current low wages, tough working conditions and low benefits.

But hardly any illegal aliens are in the ag occupations.

The Pew Hispanic Center in April of 2009 issued a report that found:

4% of undocumented workers are in “Farming, Fishing, and Forestry.”

That is according to Pew’s Table 6, “Comparing Industries of U.S.-born and unauthorized immigrant workers, 2008”

The overwhelming majority of illegal aliens (and even higher percentage of legal foreign workers) have jobs in construction, manufacturing, service and transportation. These are jobs that a high percentage of the 25 million Americans unable to find a full-time job WOULD take.

Attrition Through Enforcement efforts that have helped cause a reduction of approximately 2 million in the illegal alien population over the last two years are designed to open up jobs that Americans DO want and to reduce burdens on taxpayers and local communities.

Using ag work as an excuse for amnesty not only is illogical, it is intentionally deceptive.

Terry Anderson Passes

“Articulated the Popular Rage”

Glenn Spencer — American Patrol Report — July 8

Terry Anderson died of cancer this week. Terry lived in South Central Los Angeles, a community that changed rapidly as wave after wave of illegal immigrants moved in. Most blacks simply moved away, but not Terry. A big man, Terry was well known for his classic overalls and booming voice – a voice that became more and more articulate as he spoke out against illegal immigration. He was a working-class black who refused to remain silent, as his community was being ripped apart. Leftists feared him as they do all who speak the truth about illegal immigration, but even more so because he was black.
I began working with Terry sixteen years ago. We appeared at countless rallies together. In 1996 he joined me in New Hampshire for Operation Paul Revere, and helped Pat Buchanan win the primary.
If the history of illegal immigration into California is written in English, Terry Anderson will be recognized as a prominent figure who “Articulated the Popular Rage.”
We need him right now more than every, but Terry is gone. It is up to us, now, to continue to articulate the popular rage – remembering his truth.

The death of a truly distinctive patriot

I just received the sad news that the inimitable Terry Anderson, the beloved “Prisoner of South Central,” has died of liver and pancreatic cancer. There was no one quite like him. — I met Anderson a few years ago at a radio studio in Glendale, California. He hosted a Sunday night show that focused on one subject: illegal immigration…

DEATH: Terry Anderson, Radio Host Champion of Black Americans Against Unfair Immigrant Competition

By Roy Beck, Wednesday, July 7, 2010 posted on NumbersUSA

Terry Anderson, who called himself the Prisoner of South Central (Los Angeles) died earlier today, and the silence is already deafening.

For more than a decade, Terry had broadcast his loud and angry Sunday night radio show from Los Angeles under the motto of:

“Articulating The Popular Rage”

His constant tag-line was:

“If You Ain’t Mad, You Ain’t Payin’ Attention”

When blue-collar Black Americans across the nation began to lose control of their neighborhoods, their occupations, their schools and their livelihoods because of immigration during the 1990s, Terry — above all others — refused to be silent.

For more than 15 years, nobody has been a more outspoken champion of the cause of Black Americans against the unfair competition of immigration…

Loss of a patriot

Terry Anderson is gone. And with his passing we have lost a fearless patriot who loved America and said what he felt about illegal immigration and those elected officials who refused to secure the borders and enforce our immigration laws. — Terry’s blunt condemnation of those selling out America for cheap labor was offensive to some…
