“…On Friday, Ernesto Hernando Avalos, 23, was sentenced by an Orange County, Ca. judge to 26 years to life in prison for the brutal murder of his boss. The day laborer repeatedly attacked his boss with a shovel, and then crushed his head with a pickaxe.

The victim, Woo Sung Park, 45, of Rancho Santa Margarita, was the owner of a landscaping business. He was murdered by Avalos while on a job at a home in Irvine.

Police arrived on the scene, after a call from a neighbor, and ordered Avalos to drop the shovel. He did, but then he grabbed the pickaxe and caved-in Park’s skull.

Police used a non-lethal weapon to subdue Avalos.

According to court documents, Avalos admitted to police that he had been using methamphetamine and became angry with his boss, after he told him he was working too slowly.”

Perhaps, Arizona protester was referring to this murder in her warning to Americans
