The Business License Division is part of Cobb County’s Community Development Department.
Our main office is located at 191 Lawrence St., Building “E”, just one block east of the downtown Marietta Square.
Important Information:
All Cobb County Business Licenses expired on December 31, 2007. Interest will accrue at 1.5% per month beginning February 1, 2008, regardless of receipt of a renewal application. Renewal applications were mailed on October 16, 2007. If you have not received a renewal form for your 2008 Cobb County Business License, please e-mail our office immediately at businesslicense@cobbcounty.org. Please provide your Business License number and gross receipts for 2007 in the e-mail. Due to the fact that 31,000 Cobb County Business Licenses expired on December 31, 2007, and the majority of these businesses mailed in or brought in their renewals within a week of December 31, 2007, there may be a slight delay in receiving your 2008 Cobb County Business License. If you sent in a renewal application within the last three weeks, we cannot confirm receipt of the renewal. We appreciate your patience.
For R.A.S.S. Workshop Applications, please visit our Application Forms page.
