Illegal aliens getting Georgia car tags…no driver’s license required?

Watch the video on WSB TY Website

A story on WSB TV [ ABC – Atlanta] today outlines the outrageous practice of Georgia counties issuing car tags to illegals and other un-licensed drivers…with deadly results.

*An “atta-boy, job well done” thank you to WSB investigative reporter Dale Cardwell may encourage more such stories. Contact Dale Cardwell from here.

While WSB has the video up on their Website, you can watch here [“Dangerous loophole allows illegal drivers on road”].. to story.

When you calm down…call your state and county representatives and ask when this will be changed to some semblence of reasonable protection for Americans in Georgia.

Let them know that this would never happen in Mexico.

L.A. Times: Along the northern Mexican border, fear rules…here too

Along the northern Mexican border, fear rules
Police jobs go unfilled and a terrorized public demands reform as the death toll grows in a drug smuggling war.
By Sam Enriquez and Richard Marosi, Times Staff Writers
November 23, 2006

NUEVO LAREDO, MEXICO — The top cop in this unhinged border city has 300 openings on a 600-member police force, and his fearful greeting gave a big clue why.

“Please, please don’t use my name or take a photograph,” the interim chief begged.

One police chief was killed last year, a second quit in the spring, and no one else appears brave enough, or foolhardy enough, to work this side of the law in Nuevo Laredo.

Mexican President Vicente Fox quietly withdrew the federal police he dispatched with great fanfare last year to bring peace, leaving the city virtually unprotected in a smuggling war that has claimed 170 lives since January.

This isn’t the only border city where law and order are on the ropes.
In Tijuana, the rate of kidnappings ranks among the world’s worst and some state police have refused postings after the killings of more than a dozen officers, some at restaurants and on city streets.

Organized crime is out of control, Tijuana Mayor Jorge Hank Rhon said after a police commander was ambushed this month. The killing of police officers, he said, “speaks to the impunity of organized crime, that they think they’re above the law, or protected.”

Note from D.A. Yikes, “organized crime is out of control”? Maybe they should try what the American President is doing…just ignore the crime. Maybe a special process [that is also illegal] to make mortgage loans to the criminals

As Mexico prepares for a peaceful transfer of power Dec. 1 with the inauguration of Felipe Calderon, the president-elect must take stock of the country’s 2,000 drug-related slayings this year, residents and officials say.

“Calderon needs to apply the law or reform the law,” said Nuevo Laredo resident Ana de la Cruz, the mother of two teenage daughters. “We urgently need help.”

You can read the rest of La Times report here.

But relax, the Meth factories and false ID mills here in Georgia are NOT a preview of things to come here because of the fact that we have defacto open borders with that lovely nation to our south that the millions of illegals are working so hard and so successfully to reproduce here. Right?

We think this quote says a lot about the priorities of the Bush administration in a war on terror:

Here’s the arithmetic, said Daniel Covarrubias, the director of economic development in Nuevo Laredo: “The U.S. checks maybe 10% of the trucks that pass. Any more than that and it slows commerce. You run 10 trucks and take your chances.”

It isn’t about a sovereign nation with defined secure borders, a common laguage and a rule of law that is equally applied..it is about commerce and all negative effects on the nation President Bush is sworn to protect are merely the price of doing business.

The plan is to erase the borders entirely – they are barriers to increased profit.

The American middle class will be nothing but a memory.

This is not a weather event folks, the situation can be changed, but time is running out.

Please call your U.S. Senator!

True or False?

Fast Fact: T.R. on Americans…1907

Teddy Roosevelt on Americans…1907.

We note with sadness what a difference a hundred years makes in U.S. Presidents.

“In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin.

But this is predicated upon the person’s becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American…There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag… We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language… and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people.”

Open borders proponent calls for voting rights for illegal aliens – but it will never happen here…right?

From Aztlan electronic news:

Oklahoma Professor Calls for Immigrant Voting Rights
Written by Daniel Maldonado
Friday, 24 November 2006
Oklahoma political science professor, Dr. Bob Darcy, called for the state to revert back to its territorial voting laws and allow all people, who are of voting age, the right to vote.

When Oklahoma was a territory all residents were allowed to vote regardless of citizenship status. “That’s the way it should be now” Darcy said. In a Speech at the Political Science Association’s annual convention, Darcy stated that Oklahoma’s current voting laws disenfranchise a large number of the state’s population. “Across Oklahoma there are large pockets of people who cannot vote because their paperwork isn’t in order. Yet, these same people have jobs, families, homes and are paying taxes here. That’s wrong.” Darcy said he finds the current anti-immigrant rhetoric ironic because the state was developed by an immigrant society. “The state was settled by non-citizens” he added.

Darcy accused Oklahoma law makers of using “illegal aliens” as the latest political weapon…”

D.A. King replies to a study in South Carolina on illegal aliens: University study attempts to dispel truth about state’s Mexican “immigrants”

Posted by D.A. King at 2:06 pm - Email the author   Print This Post Print This Post

You can read a recent report from the University of South Carolina here if you want, but it is the same old attempt by the elite and oh-so-enlightened to sway public opinion on the “rich blessings” that we gain from the Presidents refusal to secure our borders and the resulting colonization of our children’s America by Mexico.

Dr. Elaine Lacy, research director for the Consortium for Latino Immigration Studies at the university, conducted the two-year study, which provides the first profile of South Carolina’s Mexican immigrant population.

She and a team of graduate students interviewed 181 Mexican immigrants, ages 17 and older, in 15 counties: Aiken, Anderson, Beaufort, Charleston, Dorchester, Greenville, Horry, Jasper, Kershaw, Lexington, Newberry, Pickens, Richland, Saluda and Spartanburg.

I had a little time this morning to send a reply to the Charleston Post and Courier, which reported on the study[ S.C. Mexican immigrants reveal hopes, dreams – Robert Behre – today. Click here to read Behre’s report]

My [too – long] letter below. I also sent it to Dr. Elaine Lacy.

Lacey’s bio from USC: Dr. Elaine C. Lacy is professor of history at the University of South Carolina at Aiken and director of research activities for the Consortium for Latino Immigration Studies at the University of South Carolina at Columbia. Since the 1980s, she has examined Latino immigration and incorporation into U.S. society. Her work focuses on Latino immigration and settlement processes in the Southeast. Dr. Lacy is co-editor of a volume, “Mexican Immigration to the Southeast: Impact and Challenges” (2005), and has numerous articles, scholarly papers, and presentations on Latino immigration

You can e-mail her here. You can send a short and polite [ much shorter than mine…it will never see print] letter to the Post Courier in Charlston here.
————-

Not to put a damper on Robert Behre’s report on Dr. Elaine Lacy’s love fiesta with illegal immigration, but: The federal government defines “immigrants” as people who “enter the U.S. lawfully with the intention of permanent residence” or “aliens who are granted permanent legal residence”.

Illegal aliens are not “immigrants”. Interviewing 181 Mexicans in South Carolina does not a balanced view – or report – make.

Here in Georgia we have the highest rate of growth of illegal aliens in the nation, at 114% from 2000 – 2005. The next highest state? Arizona, a border state [45%]. The official estimate here is that we have about half a million illegals – mostly from Mexico. Most who study the issue understand that figure to be off by half.

Absent the secure borders and equal application of the law promised by the Bush administration, we understand that we all live in Border States now. We here in Georgia also understand the consequences.

English is an optional language in Georgia, contrary to what the 181 Mexicans told Lacy, bilingualism is a goal pursued by the vast and well funded lobby that supports the illegals nationwide.

Come see 21st century Metro Atlanta: the flag of Mexico flies everywhere and much of our signage and telephone menus are in two languages.

Our schools are bursting with non-English speaking students and our emergency rooms look and sound like Mexico – except in Mexico, Mexicans are expected to pay for the medical service they receive…not the case here.

Can I still say that in my own country? You can in Mexico, a nation that deports more people annually than does the U.S.

The “nation’s largest ever” Meth bust occurs here periodically, with the most recent being bigger than the last. Illegal aliens from Mexico invariably being the suspects apprehended. Ditto for fraudulent document mills.

For Americans in America, using a false Social Security number is a felony – for a Mexican illegal, it is merely part of the process of “looking for a better life”. Si?

More than 10% of Mexico now lives in the U.S. and polls in that paradise to our south show that more than 40% of the 107 million who still live there would migrate here if they could. [Maybe they haven’t gotten the word yet…the U.S. President will not stop them.]

Most of us here in what we are sadly calling “Georgiaforniadon’t have a need to depend on a study of 181 Mexicans to understand their “hopes and dreams”…they announce them quite clearly at regular rallies and protests. The clear message is that life here is better than home, they are not ever leaving, borders and immigration and employment laws are human-rights violations and Americans who demand that the above laws be enforced as enthusiastically here as they are in Mexico are “racist xenophobes”.

Most of us recognize that the criminal employers who are allowed to make their own rules are as guilty as the illegals and that propaganda reports like Lacy’s are aimed at encouraging amnesty – again, like we tried in 1986. A path to citizenship twenty years ago for three million illegals is what led to our now suffering more than 20 million illegals in our republic today.

No gracias and no sale Dr. Lacy. Reality here beats hopeful myth there every time.

Open-Borders Advocates Distort Election Results

Voters Did Not Endorse Amnesty-again

The idea is spreading that this month’s Republican electoral defeat somehow represented voter rejection of the enforcement-first approach to immigration championed by the House Republican leadership, and meant, instead, voter endorsement of the Bush-McCain-Kennedy approach that would amnesty (or “legalize”) the illegal aliens already here and double or triple future legal immigration.

This notion is so colossally wrong only a senator could believe it.

The fix is in…either get active or watch as “they” denationalize your nation. Welcome to the New America

Posted by D.A. King at 10:15 pm - Email the author   Print This Post Print This Post

Presidential candidate George W. Bush stated in August 2000 in a speech on Latin America in Miami Florida:

“…By nominating me, my party has made a choice to welcome the New America.”

With that said:

The below comes straight out of the ” I wish I had written this” category.

James P. Pinkerton in Newsday.com

At his first post-election press conference, Bush said of “comprehensive” immigration reform, “It’s an important issue and I hope we can get something done on it.”

So the fix is in. The wall is out. Get ready for a new America.

One might think that the Republican Party – the party that speaks of peace through strength, that pledges fidelity to traditional values, that sticks up for America’s special role in the world – would have nothing to do with such a mad plan for weakening and transforming America through unattended borders and wanton multiculturalism. Indeed, most grassroots Republicans, joined by many Democrats, are alarmed by these globalist ideas.

But the Republican Party is top-down. And at the top sit President George W. Bush, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and now Sen. Mel Martinez (R-Fla.), whom Bush named to the chairmanship of the Republican National Committee. All three are solidly pro-immigration. This elite trio even supports a “guest worker” program, which would enshrine exactly the sort of two-tier labor system that Republicans fought against in the Civil War.

Mr. Pinkerton has it figured out…I hope that many of you will take a moment to ponder his words.

Read the rest here …then call your U.S. Senator.

We are very close to losing our country.

We must all pick a side and then make our minds up to not let that happen. I have.

PLEASE HELP!
