BOULDER, Colo. Police said a suspect in a deadly accident in Boulder should have never been driving a car since she has been in the country illegally for nearly two decades.
Guadalupe Garcia-Gutierrez, 34, faces charges of careless driving resulting in death, driving without a valid license and driving an uninsured vehicle. More here. And here.
