Flyer from MALDEF to organize illegal aliens to march on Buford Hwy. April 10

Posted by D.A. King at 3:19 pm - Email the author   Print This Post Print This Post

The below is direct from MALDEF…
I like the idea…now, if they would only stay out of work for an entire year, we could return to a normal America.

We’ve arrived in this country with the dignity granted by the heritage of our respective nations. We’ve arrived seeking honest work, disregarding how hard or arduous the requirements. We’ve arrived with the goal of providing our families with a more dignified quality of life. We’ve provided Georgia a strong source of labor and economic contribution that has added to its tremendous growth.

For our dignity and to prove that our presence in this state DOES COUNT, we invite you to participate in our:

CNN PRESENTS a 2004 one -hour documentary on illegal immigration focused on Georgia THIS WEEK END

Posted by D.A. King at 2:29 pm - Email the author   Print This Post Print This Post

CNN PRESENTS will re air a 2004 one-hour documentary on illegal immigration focused on Georgia, Saturday and Sunday, two broadcasts each night.

We participated in this documentary two years ago. I hope that you will watch and make up your own mind on CNN’s intentions. It is filled full of facts , even if many are outdated today.

The illegal immigration crisis has gotten considerably worse since this was produced in mid 2004.

From CNN

Are illegal workers stealing jobs and destroying the fabric of American society? Or are they energizing the U.S. economy and keeping the American dream alive? CNN Correspondent Maria Hinojosa, a Mexican-American herself, goes inside the lives of four families on the front lines of the growing debate over illegal immigration.

Airs: April 8 and 9 at 8 p.m., 11 p.m. ET

You will note that the Dillard House Restaurant [ 800) 541-0671 / (706) 746-5348] is featured in the broadcast. John Dillard seems to have no fear of making it public on global TV that he employs a large number of illegal aliens.

He is still there, still employing illegals…and has never been punished.

You can report him by calling 770 994 4200. You never know…maybe justice can occur every once in a while.

The character “Rosa” found justice…she has been deported.

State Senator Sam Zamarripa will not seek re-election in Georgia

Posted by D.A. King at 4:27 pm - Email the author   Print This Post Print This Post

While the true motivation remains unclear, the illegal alien/open borders lobby – and illegal aliens themselves – have lost a tirelesss and well connected advocate in the Georgia senate today…Sam Zamarripa has today announced that he will not seek re-election.

We couldn’t be happier.

Stay tuned: maybe he will resign his memebrship on the national board of MALDEF next!

Maybe the AJC will now inform its readers of Zamarripa’s vested financial interest in continued illegal immigration.

Then again…maybe I’ll need to go out and buy a hair dryer tomorrow.

From the AJC today:

Zamarripa to bow out of politics
Outspoken state senator will pursue business opportunities
By SONJI JACOBS
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Published on: 04/05/06

State Sen. Sam Zamarripa, an Atlanta Democrat who became the first Hispanic elected to Georgia Senate in 2002, announced Wednesday that he will not seek re-election this year.

Zamarripa said that he has decided to bow out of politics for the time being to focus his energy on spurring economic development — particularly global business opportunities — in Atlanta.

“My feeling was that the greatest opportunity for me was to pursue things I am very good at related to economic development, and to do that out of the Senate,” Zamarripa said.

Zamarripa said that during his four years as a state senator, he was most pleased with his work on the Senate Economic Development Committee. There, he sponsored and passed legislation that encourages the People’s Republic of China to invest in Georgia and build strong business relationships that will create jobs and encourage economic growth in the state. The lawmaker said he plans to continue his work in that area both within his private business and as a volunteer for the city and state

I make the observation that this announcment represents a welcomed step back from the path to Georgiafornia.

I would write more, but I am on my way out to do my happy dance.

Illegal aliens on the Georgia Capitol steps

Posted by D.A. King at 11:17 pm - Email the author   Print This Post Print This Post

I forgot to post these photos of illegal aliens [ because they told me so…that’s how!] on the steps of the Georgia Capitol.

Note that they brought their flag.

Oh yeah…I also forgot to put up the pics of the illegals brought into the Georgia Capitol by Jerry Gonzalez & Co. to try to sway the Georgia Senate on SB 529….that’s Jerry at the end. He once worked for MALDEF. He is now Sam Zamarripa’s gopher at GALEO.

We leave it to the reader to decide if that was a lateral occupational move or not.

Illegal aliens to protest again April 10…yawn

Posted by D.A. King at 10:45 pm - Email the author   Print This Post Print This Post

Illegal aliens are not immigrants.

Illegal aliens are going to “march for dignity” all over the nation on April 10, in an effort to convince themselves and America that they are immigrants who have been wronged….see their flyer here.

Have some fun…go watch and count Mexican flags…we are.

Then think what a day without Americans would do.

Illegal aliens: Gringos must go!

For those who have not yet realized what is happening in President Bush’s “New America”, let the illegal aliens explain it to you.

not illegals, have to go
Activists turn tables, offer no amnesty for ‘non-indigenous’ on ‘our continent’
World Net Daily
Posted: March 29, 2006

WASHINGTON – While debates about guest-worker programs for illegal aliens take place in the corridors of power, in the streets of America’s big cities no amnesty is being offered by activists calling for the expulsion of most U.S. citizens from their own country.

While politicians debate the fate of some 12 million people residing in the U.S. illegally, the Mexica Movement, one of the organizers of the mass protest in Los Angeles this week, has already decided it is the “non-indigenous,” English-speaking U.S. citizens of European descent who have to leave what they call “our continent.”

The pictures and captions tell the story.

Press release from Senator Saxby Chambliss on amnesty

Posted by D.A. King at 7:18 pm - Email the author   Print This Post Print This Post

Senator Chambliss released the following press release today. We are happy that the Senator recognizes that amnesty for illegal aliens is not only wrong, but that it does not stop illegal immigration.

Now, about securing the borders…

Chambliss: Flaws of 1986 should not be repeated

Proposes amendment to remove amnesty from agriculture portion of bill approved by Senate Judiciary Committee

“The Judiciary Committee bill would not require illegal immigrants working in agriculture to wait in line behind everyone outside the country trying to legally enter the United States in order to get their permanent resident status. Not only is this unfair, but it is a repeat of the 1986 approach, which is widely recognized as seriously flawed.”

— Senator Saxby Chambliss

Washington, DC – U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss, Chairman of the Senate Agriculture Committee, today said that the short-lived effects of the amnesty included in the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act passed by Congress risk being repeated if the Senate accepts the amnesties that exist in the immigration bill approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee. Chambliss took to the floor to propose an amendment to remove the amnesty from the agricultural portion of that bill.

Chambliss’ amendment would allow illegal aliens to receive blue cards as prescribed by the Judiciary Committee’s bill; however, at the end of a two-year period those workers must return to their home countries and enter the U.S. in a legal manner. In contrast, the Judiciary Committee’s bill would provide a path to citizenship, which Chambliss opposes.

“We know from past experience that agricultural workers do not stay in their jobs for long, especially when they gain a legal status and have the option to work in less back-breaking occupations,” said Chambliss. “My amendment provides for a reasonable and responsible transition to the H-2A program, and I believe it is an approach that will not repeat the mistakes of the past and is more in line with the way the vast majority of Americans believe we should deal with our large illegal population.”

“One reason I oppose amnesty is because the last time Congress addressed what to do about the illegal population in our country, a similar approach was agreed upon, and it did not work, “said Chambliss.

“The Judiciary Committee bill would not require illegal immigrants working in agriculture to wait in line behind everyone outside the country trying to legally enter the United States in order to get their permanent resident status. Not only is this unfair, but it is a repeat of the 1986 approach, which is widely recognized as seriously flawed,” Chambliss added.

Chambliss also noted that after attending a naturalization ceremony recently in Atlanta, a number of new citizens asked him to reject an amnesty.

“These folks told me they felt it demeans the efforts they made to obey the law and wait in line to become a U.S. citizen. They realize what a valuable accomplishment they made. It does not seem fair to me to call what the process those newly naturalized citizens followed earned citizenship and also to call what the Judiciary Committee is asking the Senate to consider earned citizenship. There is a fundamental difference between the two and that should be recognized in the rhetoric of the Senate,” said Chambliss.”

Action Needed to stop amnesty for illegal aiens!!! MONDAY!

Posted by D.A. King at 7:42 pm - Email the author   Print This Post Print This Post

Dear Friends,

We need your help. We have to do more to stop the amnesty and guest
worker. The Senate is debating these bills this week and perhaps next.

So here is the plan. Next Monday all Americans who want an enforcement
only bill to pass the Senate, as it did in the House, you need to go to
your Senator’s nearest office, that’s April 3rd at 12 pm. Or as close to
noon as you can make it.

You need to show up at their local offices and let them know you expect
them to represent you and all Americans –NO AMNESTY AND NO GUEST
WORKERS—All we want is for the Secure the border and enforce our laws. We
want them to restore the rule of law to this country.

For those in the Atlanta area, here are the addresses of both Georgia Senators offices here…

Senator Isakson’s office [ see map here: ]
1 Overton Park
3625 Cumberland Blvd
Atlanta 770-661-0999

Senator Chambliss’ office in Atlanta area [ see map here]
100 Galleria Pkwy
Atlanta 770-763-9090

for those of you out of the Atlanta area, see here for Senator Chambliss regional offices.

If you are unable to go to the senator’s offices…..PLEASE CALL and tell them…

NO GUEST WORKER AMNESTY!

We must stop the coming attempt to grant amnesty to the illegal aliens, we tried amnesty in 1986..look around, amnesty does not stop illegal immigration.

WE WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CHANCE! After this, it is open borders!

Racism in illegal immigration

Posted by D.A. King at 6:58 pm - Email the author   Print This Post Print This Post

We have no doubt that the AJC and many other papers have simply forgotten to print the stories concerning the anti-American racists who were demanding that the law be ignored last weekend… right?

This from Michelle Malkin

Stop whitewashing racism

Few things make liberals more uncomfortable than being confronted with the racism of politically correct minorities.
Militant racism from a protected minority was on full display last week. But you wouldn’t know it from press accounts that whitewashed or buried the protesters’ virulent anti-American hatred.

An estimated 500,000 to 2 million people, untold numbers of them here illegally, took to the streets of Los Angeles to protest strict immigration enforcement and demand blanket amnesty for border violators, visa overstayers, deportation fugitives, immigration-document fraud artists and other lawbreakers.
